'First of all...the cabin itself is BEAUTIFUL!! Absolutely recommend getting the forest side! The mountain side is a cluster of the "motel" rooms, RVs, parked cars and the highway. The cabin at first glance was tidy. Then I noticed what looked like a partial foot print on the outer sheet. The bathroom floor was filthy as well as parts of the shower. They had a coffee pot with complimentary refilled coffee filters...however, all but 1 had been used. So there were 4 packages stacked but 3 had been...

However, there were things about the stay which troubled us, so we will not recommend this property to others, and are giving the lowest rating possible. The poor communication of the staff and management was the main issue with the stay. 'The bathroom was not cleaned between guest. There were poop stains on the toilet. The fridge had the previous guests food in it and the TV didn’t work. Front desk lady blames us for rushing her because we showed up 30 min early for our check in time. She moved us to a different room that was not much better. The room temp would either be burning hot or freezing cold. No in between. You are better off staying in a hotel.'

'Very rude young guy at desk. Old, worn towels with holes. Strange smell in room. No WIFI in room! When we tried to get another room they refused, told us that they were fully booked, but they were not, see photo! If you read other reviews this is already going on for months... Avoid if you can!'

'When I booked the room, I didn't know it was in such a bad area. We had a very expensive classic car with us and didn't feel comfortable staying there. Also, the exterior painting was terrible. I booked a room at another hotel and felt much safer.'
