No. Never again.
You get what you pay for, but even this was below substandard. This location was repulsive in every way imaginable, save for bed bugs, to which we inspected the headboard and bed liner 2 minutes of entering our room. Room smelled like wet carpet and wet dog, broken lampshades, two beds, both mattress with a curl and felt unstable, mold around the toilet and the ceiling above the shower seemed as though it was caving in. We paid for 2 nights, and packed up the following morning, left (as instructed by the very friendly clerk at front desk) our key card in the hotel room with no intentions of EVER returning to hotel, to which we visited Beatrice at least once a year. If you visit Beatrice, which is a wonderful place, drop the extra dough on staying at AT LEAST the Victorian Inn, although the Home2 holiday inn is by far the best choice to stay in in town, although the Victorian Inn has an irreplaceable charm to it.

The hotel was safe and pleasant family. It was clean enough but stained on the floor if that matters to you. There was a significant Indian food smell

The property was unattractive from the outside, but the halls, stairways, and rooms were clean. The front desk attendants were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and smelled fresh, and with a microwave and refrigerator. The bed was comfortable but the top cover had an unpleasant odor. Bathroom fixtures were old and worn, and very bright light shone around the window drapes all night. The breakfast was adequate but mostly pre-made or pre-purchased. The breakfast area needed a thorough cleaning.

Best VALUE Inn w/Late Check-Out!
Was directed to steeper parking spaces rear, when room nearer front; and am handicapped. Told late check-out request not relayed to maintenance; though fine even 'til 1Pm 'Gold'. Waffles good. Good, maybe even BEST, value in Beatrice!

The property was older and in need of maintenance. There is nothing wrong with age as long as things are maintained. This property exhibited a general lack of maintenance by the management.

Hotel was very dated. Bathroom was bad bad. New carpet which was nice. Air Conditioning worked but could not hear the TV over the top of it. No ice. But not sure I would have used ice out if it anyway. Eeek.

The room was fair, although finding half full water bottles in the fridge and a couple dead insects was not exactly encouraging. It was the last room in town, so we had no choice. The hallways smelled like a smoke room at the airport.

Basic hotel. Short stay and did what I needed. Breakfast(if you call it that) was slim to nill. Staff not up in the morning. Room was older, carpet was gross. Bed was surprisingly comfortable. Pretty quit. Ice machine broke. If you are looking for a cheap 1 night stay this is an OK option. If you require more amenities stay elsewhere.

If anything, mattress was bit ‘too’ FIRM! We’re not ‘busy’; plenty of room, and fair quiet short of occasional noise from room above... walking.

It seemed a little outdated. Dust was in a lot of places. The tub/shower had stains on it. An odor of some sort was strong in the room. The odor could have been from cleaning supplies. It looked like stains on some of the furniture. No alarm clock in room. The staff was very nice.

The parking lot/premises was littered with overflowing garbage cans and broken glass. The windows were cluttered with blankets and mattresses and cats. Maybe unfair, but this looked like a crack motel and I went somewhere else. I called to tell them I wasn’t going to check in...no answer at 9 and 9:30 am. Didn’t pursue a refund, keep my money I don’t care, not taking my daughter here

the day of your arrival we were busy, the garbage can was in use, the people outside the motel were workers working 10hrs a day, cant keep a person outside for 24hrs for a lookout, and its not a crack motel. if you want your refund please follow the guideline while booking and be honest with reviews.

The owner was nice and understanding. The beds were horrible. We woke up hurting and had spring marks all over our upper body.

Great customer service.
When I booked online, there were no no smoking rooms available for the 2 nights I needed to stay so I booked a smoking room. When I got there I mentioned this to the clerk and she bumped a few other reservations around so she could put me in a no smoking room. Great customer service!

It was ok
the pillows were old and worn, a bit lumpy, made going to sleep a litlle hard. The bed was firm. The a/c worked very well as i like it very cold to sleep. Sheets need to be replaced with newer ones. Overall it was comfortable.
