Farmstay for 6 people. A peaceful retreat in the countryside of the Pays de Bray at the foot of the Avenue Verte: peace and quiet before a short bike ride or a visit to the surrounding area. Aurélie and Bruno will be happy to welcome you to the Gîte de la Presle on their environmentally friendly farm in a peaceful, lush setting. This self-contained cottage is ideally located at the foot of the Avenue Verte Paris-London and near the spa town of Forges-les-Eaux, home to a balneotherapy center, a casino, a lake, and the Bois de l’Epinay—a delightful place for a stroll. You’ll also find all the everyday amenities you need there. First floor: - fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, freezer, glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, Dolce Gusto and standard coffee makers, kettle, microwave, washing machine) with a wood pellet stove, - dining room, 1st floor: - living room with flat-screen TV, - 1 double bedroom (1 double bed 160x200 cm), - 1 four-person bedroom (1 double bed 140x190 cm, 2 single beds 90x190 cm), - bathroom, - shower room (shower only), - separate toilet. - Complete baby equipment available (changing table, high chair, and crib). Outdoor areas: - Large, unfenced garden with patio furniture. Trampoline and soccer goals available on the property. Pets may be allowed upon prior request.
