Bring your hammock and relax in the spacious fenced in backyard while cooking out on the grill, or relax around the fire pit on chilly fall nights. With Calm Tide located in the quiet & spacious section of Ann Street, you can enjoy a stroll or use the (4) provided bikes to ride to the local shops and restaurants in historic downtown Beaufort. Calm Tide is centrally located- one block from Taylor Creek, 3/4 mile from Beaufort town center or Boat House Marina in the opposite direction where there is a public boat and kayak launch.
This home is also only 10 minutes from Morehead City Waterfront and Atlantic Beach! Please note that inside fireplace is for decoration only, and not operable, enjoy the outside patio fire pit instead. Ample parking in driveway and room for boat trailer.
