Koetshuis onder Live Oaks in het historische centrum van Beaufort met patio-tuin

Deze prachtige South Carolina-eenheid, Sweetgrass genaamd, bevindt zich op straatniveau. Het heeft twee slaapkamers, een queen bed en een klein tweepersoonsbed (geschikt voor 2 kinderen of 1 volwassene) en een badkamer (aangesloten op elke slaapkamer), hardhouten vloeren, kabel-tv, en een volledig uitgeruste keuken. Ontspannen op de veranda en een gemeubileerd terras omgeven door 100 jaar oude eiken gedrapeerd met Spaans mos, mooie tuinen en historische huizen.
Dit koetshuis, onlangs weer tot leven gebracht na vele jaren van verwaarlozing, staat naast ons huis, Craven House (te zien in Southern Living Magazine). Het is echt de beste locatie in Beaufort waardoor een te lopen naar restaurants, winkels, musea en het water park bij de jachthaven. Het is een gemakkelijke rit naar het eiland van Parijs, het strand van Sands in Port Royal en het jachtstrand aan de oceaan.
Linens, met inbegrip van strandlakens, zijn inbegrepen. Huishoudelijke artikelen / apparaten omvatten magnetron, Kurig koffiezetapparaat, high-definition televisie, gasfornuis en elektrische oven, kookgerei, verwijdering, koelkast, pop-up broodrooster, internetverbinding, haardroger, strijkijzer en strijkplank, borden, thee, koffie, toiletpapier , papieren handdoeken en gemalen Franse zeep. NIET-ROKERS ZIJN TOEGESTAAN IN DE UNIT OF IN DE WONING, OVERAL.
Moet 25 jaar + zijn om te huren.

Lovely accommodations. Everything we needed, including items we didn’t know we would need... Such as beach tote and beach towels. Location provided the opportunity to walk and stroll through downtown Beaufort. Being able to stay in this historic area made our trip very special. It felt like home. Thank you for your hospitality. Close enough to walk to Bay St.

Although we were close enough to everything that we could walk, the area was very quiet. The house was well furnished. Even had bug repellent, beach towels, and sun block, for our drive to Hunting Island. We used the queen bedroom and the bed was very comfy. We will definitely book the Carriage House again.

Charming carriage house

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were in the ground floor space of the charming two-story carriage house. The property was immaculately clean and fresh, and had everything we needed. The shaded porch had rocking chairs to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful gardens. The location is perfect - close to Bay Street in the heart of the historic district. We will stay again when we return to Beaufort!

We enjoyed staying at this property. The cottage had all that we needed: clean bathroom, kitchen, living space, bedroom. Within walking distance to downtown but as my husband has a disability we drove the 4-5 blocks to get to the shopping end of Bay St. Easy parking. Recommend.

We had a great time! The property is beautiful, clean, and peaceful. A short walk into Beaufort to enjoy the sights, food, and shopping. They had a music festival that we enjoyed as well. Would definitely recommend the home and area to visit. Even though the house was close to the town, there were no noise issues. Thanks!!

Beautiful Beaufort

My sister and I were first timers in Beaufort, SC. We stayed at the gorgeous carriage house at the corner of Craven and Newcastle streets. The housing was more than we even expected—spotlessly clean, beautiful antique furnishings, comfortable beds, AC worked great, and beautifully appointed, including some of the host’s original artwork. We can’t wait to return!!
