Snowbirds Heading Home
Beaufort Breeze was a wonderful vacation home to stay at. We were 6 friends making our way home from Florida. It was a perfect location to tour the low country. Laura and Brandon were gracious hosts.The fire pit, dock with seating and well appointed house were all spectacular. Laura responded in a timely manner to all our questions. The home was spotless, well stocked and very comfortable for all 6 of us. The best VRBO vacation rental that any of us have stayed in. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us.

Beaufort Birthdays
This property is updated, immaculate, spacious, inviting and very comfortable. Included bikes, corn hole boards, fishing rods and State Park admission pass are generous extras which make quests feel like family. The beautifully landscaped grounds with Southern Live oaks dripping with Spanish Moss frame the coastal creek pier offering a tranquil view of the marsh. Perfect place to celebrate major milestones with lifelong friends. Nearby Alvin Ord's Sandwich Shop was a delightful experience providing a warm and delicious take home lunch on an overcast, dreary rain day as we hunkered downing the cozy den and watched a movie. We're already looking forward to additional stays at the "Breeze".

It set the bar
This is the best rental we have ever stayed in during the 20 years we’ve been coming to Beaufort. Spotless. Perfect location. Most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept in. Quiet neighborhood. Loved the dock and back yard. Already planning our next booking. Only suggestion, it would be nice to have a couple more kitchen towels. Absolutely loved this property. 5⭐️

Beautiful Beaufort Breeze
We had a fantastic stay at Beaufort Breeze. The weather was unusually cool so we weren’t able to take advantage of some of the outside amenities. We loved the view of the marsh and the house was very cozy. We would love to stay here on a future adventure.

Tranquil
We stayed for 4 tranquil nights. The extra touches will be remembered-the Christmas tree, the coffee, the shower supplies, the beautiful pier, the fire pit, the bikes! The place was well maintained (inside and out). We enjoyed everything and would definitely recommend. The location was ideal-close enough to town yet gave a feeling of tranquility. Neighbors were so nice and we were thankful to stay there.

Beaufort Breeze is as perfect as it gets.
This place is everything and more that has been posted. Laura was an amazing hostess. The location is quiet and near everything in the area. As a gardener, the landscaping was beautiful, even though we were late in the season, I could tell it will be lovely when in bloom. We saw more birds on the dock than we did at the Cypress Wetlands in Port Royal. Everything was so comfortable and if you cook on your trips this is the best equipped kitchen I've been in. We didn't use the firepit since it was a bit windy, but it would be a great place to hang out. We were so blessed to have found and stayed here. I can tell there is a 4 season reason to stay here. We're hoping to come back sometime in the future.

Will definitely come back
The cottage was clean, comfortable & convenient location to downtown. We throughly enjoyed the outside living space as well. We were able to launch our (personal) kayaks from the floating dock and spent hours exploring the creek. From the dock- we caught crab, stingray, red drum and bait fish. Laura was quick to respond to questions prior to our trip & was also very personable before and during our stay. I would love to come back to the Beaufort Breeze.

Beaufort Breeze
The Beaufort Breeze was a beautiful, clean, well stocked residence. Loved the access to the marsh from the pier. The owners have thought of everything from cushions for the outdoor furniture to a functional crab cage. The neighborhood is quiet and only minutes from Bay Street. Loved it and plan to return soon.

Beaufort Get-A-Way!
This property is exactly as pictured online. In other words, "picture perfect". Not only is the home picture perfect, but we were surprised at all of the amenities offered. We had to purchase very little for our stay. The home is very well maintained. The location is in the heart of the historic district, making exploring simple and easy. While exploring, we revisited the rich history of Beaufort and St. Helena Island. We even experienced "Gullah Grub"! Brandon and Laura are perfect hosts! We truly appreciate their hospitality.

Loved downtown, the moss bike trail, and the surrounding areas/islands. Overall pleased with the location, cleanliness, and amenities of the property. The tide was a bit tricky for kayaking and wished there was more seating for movie watching in the main living room area.

Thank you for your review and feedback! I'll see what I can do as far as additional seating. It's a small cottage, so that's a bit tricky. Yes with the new dock kayaking is now a possibility and the marsh is a great place to to kayak and explore! However, it's best to have the local tide app to know when to come and go.

A Home Away from Home
This is the second time we have stayed at Beaufort Breeze. We absolutely love the location, cleanliness of the house, and the accommodations provided. The only little (and I mean little) hiccup we personally have are the beds. I know every person is different and have different preferences when it comes to mattress preferences. We found the queen sized bed and twin mattresses to be on the firm side, but again everyone is different. It will certainly not prevent us from returning, it is our go to beach house!!

This is fabulous place to say!
We stayed at the Beaufort Breeze for 4 nights and the house was perfect! It was clean and nicely upgraded, it has a beautiful dock to watch the sunrise and sunset! With being so close to town it was convenient for shopping, but the location was quiet and peaceful. The owners were available if you had questions and responded quickly. We would recommend this vacation house highly to anyone visiting the area!

Best house in Beaufort
I finally experience my first prefect VRBO stay. The house was excellent in size, location and cleanness. Coming from me that's high praise because I am a clean freak. The owners stock the house with items we'd have out our homes. They did not downgrade on bedding, towels, pots and pans, glass, appliances, games, bikes and so on. They even had a DVD's and player. Laura, let me know the next rental purchase you make. I will definitely follow you. Thanks for making my Mom's 85th birthday a huge success. P.S folks they have a beautiful dock on the marsh. Where we made some lovely, comical memories. Boy, now I have some fish stories as good as my brothers.

Wonderful weekend in a beautiful spot
The house was well-appointed, beds comfortable, everything you need, except maybe a grill. So many options for morning coffee … porch, chairs overlooking fire pit and marsh or the dock over the water. The dock was the best place for watching gorgeous sunsets. We biked the Spanish Moss trail (very close) and the winding streets with gorgeous homes along the waterfront. We will definitely be visiting here again. Beaufort is a wonderful place and this was an incredible place to stay.

Quaint Beaufort, SC property
Laura was an excellent host from the pre-visit communication to the ease of check-n to the check-out process. Laura’s property was well-appointed from the decor to the availability of all things visitors would need for an easy, enjoyable stay. Not only was the setting lovely (situated right on the canal/marsh), but the inside amenities were comfortable. We found our entire stay stress-free and highly recommend a stay at Sea Breeze when in the area.

Anniversary get away
This was the perfect place to stay. Not far from restaurants and shopping with a beautiful new dock to watch the sunsets. The house was very clean and the beds were cozy. Great Lowcountry Experience
The Beaufort Breeze was a lovely spot for a weeklong Lowcountry experience. Having once lived in Beaufort, we felt that the house gave off a wonderful relaxed vibe. Lovely Cottage
Everything about this property exceed our expectations for our getaway to Beaufort, SC. It was a good size for two adults- very clean and comfortable with lovely touches throughout- newly renovated with quality bedding, linens, appliances, and furniture. Many extras ensured a laidback and relaxing stay- comfort seat bikes, tree swing, porch rockers, etc. We loved our stay in the cozy beach themed cottage with an amazing view of the marsh, and its location tucked away on a quiet street, yet minutes from commerce.

I could live here!
This home was everything I expected and more! The house is beautiful... it's on a quiet street and very close to downtown Beaufort. It was spotless and has every amenity you need. The beds were super comfortable! Best of all is the view out the back... it overlooks the marsh and is the perfect place for morning coffee, reading, or just watching the wildlife. One of the best VRBO experiences I've ever had. I will definitely stay here again!

Hospitality at it's Best
The house is lovely, comfortable, and well appointed in every way. The neighborhood is quiet and quaint. The location is super close to town, an easy walk and a less than 5 min drive. The pristine backyard and water view give a nice secluded feel while being close to everything. The fire pit is a nice addition for cooler weather. Mattresses & sheets were top notch. We loved that the owners included bikes. The Spanish Moss trail was a fun ride. In conclusion, a flawless rental. We loved it.

Perfection!
The cottage was just perfect. Super clean. Great layout for family or friends. Fire pit by the marsh was a relaxing way to end our days. Location is great and super convenient to all of Beaufort. Also pretty short drive to Savannah and Bluffton. Perfect for adding a day trip to one of those places to your trip. This is one of the best rentals we have ever stayed in. Highly recommend!

Thank you for letting us stay at your house again. Besides clean lovely house, I really appreciate drinking water, coffee/sugar/salt/pepper, things which usually slip you mind when you get out of your own home. Thank you for taking care of your guests like you own family.
