The breakfast was good. The room was stylish and the sheets were clean. I was not happy about the bathroom. The first problem was the toilet would not flush - at all. Second, there was hair in the shower. Third, the shampoo bottle was completely empty. I do not mean low, I mean empty-empty. Then there was directly outside the front door of the hotel which was for lack of a better word - nasty. A pressure washer would make a world of difference. I hated to set my suitcase down due to all the old gum and trash. Curb appeal is not just eye level, it is from the ground up and it matters.

Very nice but a tad noisy.
The hotel was nice with a great room layout and amenities (partial-full kitchen)with dishwasher and full fridge! Only downside was you could hear the neighbors walking around and entering/exiting their rooms.

I'm not familiar with Beaumont so while the hotel was fine as a hotel, I was really disappointed in the location and road construction around it. I would much rather stay in a lesser motel at a better location. Going anywhere was a pain and there was only one place to eat within walking distance. There are several similar hotels at this location so my recommendation is to avoid them all.

I am upset because of the arrogance they had when I asked why they felt they could charge my card for a pet fee and didn't tell me. Then the manager was so disrespectful and told me to read the website. Why wouldn't they tell me at check in instead of STEALING my money without telling me. The puppy didn't do anything and wasn't there the entire time. My friend visited with the dog while I stayed. It's so upsetting and because I didn't have the dog so her rude attitude about me reading the website was so unacceptable. Not that y'all care but the no questions asked and just TAKE a persons money is stealing. I will tell everyone I know about the incident and I will never stay there again. I don't care about the property being nice, that was completely dismissive and out of line. I should have been asked or told before you took my money to ensure I was aware about a charge. I had no knowledge about a fee.

Stayed for one night. It was a very nice room. Pull out was not comfortable but king bed was nice. Could have had more pillows. Check in was fast and easy. Restaurants close by within walking distance.
