'The first thing is that the front desk person was friendly and expedient and was just exceptional! The room was great and we had our service animal with us and she put us by a door on the ground so that we would be able to conveniently take her out. Everything worked great and the room was spacious and very clean. The only thing I would say is that the bed seemed a little too soft and maybe the mattress needs to be replaced but overall it was a great stay and we would stay there again.'

'Told front desk the first morning of our stay that there was no hot water and we had to take cold showers, they said they would look into it. No sorry. The next morning, cold showers again. I mentioned it upon checkout and the same rep stated the repairman said there was no problem. I told him that they should go take a cold shower then. The guy said oh ok. No personality, no I’m sorry, no discount, NOTHING. I would suggest that Expedia does not put them as a potential place to stay...

'I recently stayed two nights.
The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. I know that the property is an extended stay property yet I was disappointed by the meat selection each morning of my stay. I don’t know what the protein option was. I had never seen it before. The second morning they served sliced sausage. The type of sausage served at cookouts or ballparks. 'Noisy! Nothing more than a motor hotel where you park outside the door. It presented as a hotel but that’s not what I got! Lavatory faucet falling off and old towels left under A/C presumably for leaks.
