'This is, indeed, a tiny house! It is attractively decorated and maintained, and provides all of the amenities that you will need. There is also a nice patio in the back. The location worked well for us - the house is close to many restaurants and shops, and about 3 miles from the Fairgrounds. Bonnis, our host, was a joy to deal with. Should we travel to Xenia again, this property is at the top of our list for places to stay.'

'The house was wonderful to stay in. Big kitchen with updated appliances and a gas grill to do family meals. My family used it all and ended the night at the fire pit. The zipline, board games, & Cornhole kept us entertained. The house was clean, roomy, and somehow felt cozy. The hosts were super sweet and left us a welcome basket of Dayton treats that we all devoured. I would highly recommend it for a family or friends get away.'
