'It was hard to tell from the pictures what the resort would be like, but we were so happy that we took the chance! The unit was clean and the beach was raked every morning. There was a golf tour bus when we pulled in that made us worried and a couple of the guys were pretty noisy the first night. Someone called the manager at 2 am and he drove down personally to take care of it. We were assured that it would not happen again and it did not. 'We had an amazing stay here, it is a bit high up on the mountains, providing an unparalleled view of the lake. The bed is comfortable, and the bathroom is gorgeous, spacious, and well organized! Everything was well thought out and designed to make the space feel like home! Special thanks to Adnan who made us an ice pack when we realized we needed one but didnt have one!Communication was easy - all in all, an amazing stay and I would certainly come back again! '

'My family and I (8 adults and 6 small children) stayed here and had a wonderful time. The house is beautiful and well kept and very spacious. Everything is well stocked, from towels to beach gear and everything in between. Short walk to the beach and clubhouse makes this cottage the perfect spot.Would love to visit again!'

'Kemi was great to work with! The place seemed new with all new appliances and was very clean. I was concerned because there were no exterior photos when I booked, but it’s a super cute apartment attached to a main house. Very private with parking right there and a separate entrance. 'We had a nice stay at the property. Could not take advantage of the lovely garden because we were visiting family and weather also not great. Beautiful view from the garden. A basement which is a little dark but a large place with seperate living room and equipped kitchen area. Was very clean and very tastefull decorated with nice touches. Like a home away from home. "Allereerst wil ik benadrukken dat het personeel bijzonder vriendelijk en behulpzaam was. Zowel het bed als de badkamer waren schoon, wat we zeker op prijs stelden. Helaas laat de staat van het hotel zelf te wensen over. Hoewel het bed vernieuwd lijkt, is duidelijk te zien dat zowel de buiten- als binnenkant van het hotel dringend aan renovatie toe zijn. Het behang laat op meerdere plekken los, de verf bladdert af, de airco is oud en maakt veel lawaai, en de kitchenette is verouderd. Daarnaast hing er op de gang een muffe geur, wat de algehele indruk niet ten goede kwam. Gezien deze staat vonden wij de prijs-kwaliteitverhouding simpelweg niet in balans. We hebben in Canada overnacht in goedkopere hotels die in veel betere conditie verkeerden. Op basis van deze ervaring vinden we dat dit hotel niet het niveau biedt dat je van een Holiday Inn zou mogen verwachten."

"Goed net hotel, mooie kamers en lekkere koffie bij receptie. Ontbijt is niet fijn bij Ricks restaurant naast het hotel. Met een voucher mag je een simpel ontbijt kiezen, al het andere is bijbetalen. Erg druk, je moet lang wachten dus snel ontbijten gaat niet. Eten was wel lekker "
