'We stayed at this property last year and really enjoyed it. It was clean and comfortable.
This year, the hotel is currently under renovation. It looks tired and dated. The AC in our room wasn't working and did not get repaired, even though, we did tell staff twice. The hair dryer on the wall burnt out as I was using it, but staff was quick to replace it when I went to the desk to let them know.The breakfast was okay. 'I had a very good and quiet sleep with lots of nice pillows and a very clean bed, as well as a clean room and towels. Checking in was easy with messages arriving in a timely way for how to use the pin to unlock the door. The lamps in the room had outlets to plug in my phone charger and I loved the retro fridge and microwave. The bathroom was spotless and the towels smelled clean and fresh. The only thing I would’ve appreciated is a blow dryer in the bathroom as the one I brought stopped working....

'This property is in need of maintenance. Our first room was not properly cleaned. Our second room was clean. The balcony was crumbling and not accessible. The breakfast was good but the food area and tables were not clean. We overpaid for this stay.'
