HET STADSHUIS UIT 1904 OP COURT ST / DOWNTOWN FAYETTEVILLE

Het herenhuis uit 1904 bevindt zich in het midden van ALLES in het centrum van Fayetteville. Open de voordeur en stap Court Street in, waar alles en iedereen gebeurt. Het is een vernieuwd en uniek pand met drie slaapkamers / 2 badkamers dat om elke hoek vol charme ligt.

Deze woning zal BESCHIKBAAR zijn om te huren op 30 mei 2020. Het wordt nog steeds voltooid. Bezoek onze andere lijst The 1865 House in Fayetteville om ons huis te verkennen. Dezelfde kwaliteit meubels en voorzieningen die in het huis uit 1865 worden vermeld, zijn te vinden in ons nieuwe pand The 1904 Townhouse. Dank u.

Loved the place, everything we needed was there. Decorations were so much fun, plenty to look at. Sharon was great. Only problem is the parking. The patking was far away from the unit and it was really hard to load and unload. If the parking was better, i would have definitely gave it a 5 star. We're older so it was a bit of a problem. Imsure its fine for younger, fitter people. Everyone we .et in w va was so friendly.

Beautiful townhouse! Decorated beautifully with great beds, bathrooms and kitchen and living/dining area. Want to come back with family. There were 2 bedroom suites with queen size beds, one room with walk in shower and one with shower/bath combination. There was a washer and dryer connected to one of the bathrooms. There was a room with twin bunk beds, too. Also, a cute, outdoor patio. The kitchen was fully equipped with gas stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, etc. Location very walkable to restaurants and town center. We enjoyed how close we were to New River Gorge State Park for hikes and seeing waterfalls. We also did a rafting trip on the New River at Ace Adventure Resort. The host, Sharon, was very accessible by phone and we thanked her for the beautiful accommodations!

This property is in a very old building that at one time was a restaurant. It is situated between a movie theater (closed for the season unfortunately) and a restaurant/pub on the main street in Fayetteville. The furnishings are very eclectic and functional at the same time. From the moment we walked in we were very comfortable and felt right at home. The host was available and responded almost immediately when we had questions. There was an issue with parking but it was resolved to everyone's satisfaction. All in all a wonderful experience.

Most unique property! Very warm and inviting when we arrived-felt more like arriving at a friends house vs a rental property. Location was perfect for walking around town to restaurants and shops. Short drive to white water rafting and hiking. Owner was very easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic “Home Base” in Fayetteville

I couldn’t have asked for a better spot to call my home base while in Fayetteville for a work retreat. Downtown hub location made it a dream to grab coffee from local spots in the mornings and easy to get to all the best elements of the area. The property itself has unlimited charm & coziness balanced with a luxurious feel. Even being right on the main road in town, I never felt like the street noises were a nuisance. Will keep this place at the top of my list for future Fayetteville adventures - whether for work or pleasure!

Perfect Place

This property was such a joy to stay at. Beautifully decorated, extremely clean, lots of nooks and crannies to explore and perfect location. Very easy to access National Park and so many walkable restaurants. All were delicious and we were sad that we didn’t have time to visit them all. One of our all time favorite VRBO stays!

Perfect location for a visit to New River Gorge!

Enjoyed my stay with my 10 yr old for a weekend visit to NRG. The location could not be more perfect with regards to proximity to local eateries and New River Gorge NP. You are literally on the Main Street so some funny confusion with passersby thinking it’s a shop- so keep screen door latched and blinds shut for privacy. Easy walk to coffee shop and various restaurants. Never moved our car when enjoying the town. Will definitely be back!

I considered the 1904 Townhouse to be the perfect location to explore New River Gorge and to be able to come back to the townhouse after a long day of fun. We could walk to any of several good restaurant choices. The Cathedral across the street is a great place for breakfast. We enjoyed the coffee shop as well (also across the street).
