'We were in town to pick up our daughter from her 1st year end of college at UCI. We arrived (great location), checked in. Greeted by valet staff, check in staff. All encounters were pleasant, warm and welcoming. Excellent! Room was clean, and inviting with a great view of the mall across the street. Perfect score for AC Hotel! Check out was also just as perfectly done. We have decided that this will be our ONLY accommodations when in Irvine! Thank you, The Mar Family'

'Extremely disappointed with my experience. I paid $538.50 for a room that was advertised to accommodate my family of five, only to arrive and be told the room I reserved was unavailable. The replacement room had fewer sleeping accommodations and a stained pullout sofa bed that my children were uncomfortable using.
