Negatief: Personeel en service, staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
My flight got rescheduled so I arrived to the airport early. I called in advance and a lady told me I could check-in if it was after 12 (the start of a new day) so I went to the hotel. Upon arriving I confirmed with the man at the desk that I could in fact check-in after 12 without extra charge. I then waited until it was after 12 and checked in. The rooms are decent, but housekeeping ignores the do not disturb signs and will open your door while you’re in the room. I had one lady open the door twice within 30 minutes of each other. A few days later I get a random charge on my card for $126 and my room cards stopped working, so I then go to the front desk and the lady fixes my cards and tells me the $126 charge should clear and not post stating someone from the morning shift charged it for whatever reason. Upon checking out of my room, the GM tells me the $126 charge was because I checked in early and it charged me an extra day, in which he was not willing to reimburse considering MULTIPLE PEOPLE TOLD ME I COULD CHECK-IN EARLY WITHOUT EXTRA CHARGE.

Upon checking in they also double booked our room, so we tried our keys at the door and they would not work. To our surprise there was already someone in there and we found out because a lady screamed “STOP THAT”. Poor woman.
