'Location for the centre of Dartmouth is good. Breakfasts were very good. Staff were very friendly. Rooms (we ended up staying in two different rooms) were cramped, stuffy, and smelly. 'Beautiful pub opposite a babbling brook. So pretty. Made welcome from the start. Lovely double room with all you need. Great breakfast that sets you up for the day and ate there each of our four evenings. Food very good. Would highly recommend so long as you are happy to drive down very narrow country lanes and reversing back every so often as they are one vehicle roads.
Part of being in the country as is being woken by the bleating sheep, quaking ducks and flying geese. Loved it. '
