Community of two apartments with spectacular views of the sea and community pool 10 minutes walk from Aiguablava beach, Begur, Costa Brava.
Capacity for 4 people. 2 rooms.
 It is located on the ground floor of the community, distributed on one level. It consists of a living-dining room with access to a terrace with spectacular views of the sea, equipped with a table, 6 chairs and a parasol, a fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, one with two beds and the other with a double bed, and a bathroom with shower. The apartment is completely renovated and tastefully decorated.
 Outside is the pool, with sun loungers, pool chairs and a small table. An area with an Argentine barbecue and a laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron and a bathroom with shower; all of it communal.
There are stairs to access the apartment. The tenants on the upper floor must go through the terrace to access the pool. It does not have parking. You can park on the street without problem.
The apartment has Wi-Fi.
