We open the doors to our duplex in Sa Punta, ready to premiere in the 2023 summer season!

This impressive duplex offers exceptional accommodation in a privileged location. With three large double rooms, it is perfect for families or groups of friends who want to enjoy a relaxing and comfortable holiday.

With a modern and cozy decoration, our duplex offers charming comfort and is equipped with air conditioning to guarantee a pleasant temperature on the hottest days.

The house has a fully equipped open kitchen, with all the necessary appliances, kitchen utensils and crockery, so you can feel at home. The carefully selected furniture complements the modern aesthetic of the space, providing a cozy and sophisticated atmosphere.

Each room is carefully decorated and has its own unique style. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, while the other two double rooms each have a full bathroom on the same floor to ensure comfort and privacy for all guests.

The duplex has two terraces, perfect for enjoying the outdoors and relaxing under the Mediterranean sun. The main terrace is ideal for having breakfast outdoors or for relaxing with a glass of wine in the evening. The second terrace has a chill out area, where you can rest and enjoy moments of tranquility while contemplating the views of the pine forest that surrounds the property.

The residential complex offers a community pool, where you can take a refreshing dip and enjoy relaxing moments under the sun. In addition, you will have a private parking space for greater comfort and security during your stay.

The location of our duplex is unbeatable with stunning views of the pine forest that surrounds the property and just a 10-minute walk from the beach, where you can enjoy golden sands and crystal clear waters. Sa Punta is known for its calm and relaxed atmosphere, which will allow you to disconnect and enjoy an unforgettable vacation.

Our cleaning fee includes top quality linens and towels for all of our guests.

Check-in time is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-ins outside these hours are subject to availability and additional charges.
