Located in the peaceful Es Valls residential area, this detached holiday home is just 2 km from the centre of Begur and Sa Riera Beach. Other beaches and coves, including Aiguablava, Sa Tuna and Aiguafreda, are approximately 4 to 6 km away, making the property an ideal base for exploring the area.

The house is modern, comfortable and filled with natural light, and has been designed for guests to enjoy both its indoor and outdoor spaces. The living and dining room has direct access to the terrace and garden, creating a pleasant and practical area for spending time with family or friends.

The kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare meals comfortably throughout the stay.

For hygiene and food safety reasons, no food products are provided in the house, including salt, sugar, oil, coffee, water or similar items.

Outside, the house features a private garden with a swimming pool, perfect for relaxing and enjoying sunny days. There are also several outdoor areas furnished with garden furniture and a barbecue area, ideal for dining outside and enjoying peaceful moments.

The sleeping area is arranged over two floors. On the ground floor, there are two single bedrooms, one double bedroom and a complete bathroom with a bathtub.

On the upper floor, there is a suite-style bedroom with a private bathroom equipped with a bathtub. This bedroom has direct access to a terrace with pleasant sea views.

The amenities provided are an initial courtesy intended to make guests’ arrival easier and cover their first basic needs. Guests must purchase any products they require during their stay, as amenities are not replenished.

The cleaning fee includes the final cleaning, bed linen and one set of towels per person, consisting of one bath towel and one hand towel. Changes of bed linen or towels during the stay are not included unless they have been booked in advance as an additional service.
