Wundervoll
Lage top, wunderbare Aussicht von jedem Zimmer aus über die Bucht. Liebevolle und stilvolle Einrichtung und Ausstattung. Es fehlte an uns an nichts ! Begur und die Bucht Sa Tuna sind fussläufig zu erreichen. Christine war als Ansprechpartner immer erreichbar und hat sich gekümmert wenn es nötig war . Danke für einen wundervollen Aufenthalt.

A lovely stay
We had a great time at Casa Xula. First of all the location is magnificent, there are beautiful views and you can wake up admiring the sunrise. During the morning the terrace and pool area are sunny and set a good mood for the rest of the day. The neighbourhood is really nice and quiet, we had the chance to relax and sleep very good. The house is the best location base for exploring the area - we found lots of cultural highlights, medieval towns and villages, great and very diverse beaches. We loved the architecture of the house, the decor and all the little details that differentiate this lovely place. We had a very good communication with Christine, we followed her recommendation regarding the restaurants and it was worth it. Everyone had the best time here, thanks again for having us Christine!

Incredible family experience
We really enjoyed this home. Fantastic views from every room in the house with floor to ceiling windows. The family had fun going to all the different beaches every day but the best was Sa Tuna which the home looks over. We look forward to coming back!

la piscine est chauffée mais lorsque la température atteint 28°C le chauffage s arrête et c ést le cas depuis plusieurs semaines compte tenu des températures extérieures . pour les odeurs c est un problème qui ne vient pas directement de la maison dont la fosse a éré purgée fin juin mais un problème ponctuel lié à d autres villas alentours innocupées en ce moment. Lors de votre arrivée le 1 en fin d apres midi, nous avions fait le tour d ensemble de la villa ,et j étais présente depuis le matin sans qu aucune odeur ne viennent nous géner !

Very disappointing Stylish but all form and no substance
Stylish villa but many little and one or twice big things wrong. We had to ask for the septic tank to be emptied as the smell of sewage was at times overpowering and although this was done the smell persisted and we understand there is a major problem with an adjoining property. The kitchen sink leaks, the shower in main bedroom is stuck at one temperature and does not drain properly. There was no gas for the bbq. The steps into the pool have very sharp edges and I sustained a deep cut just below the knee. The deck is small and has no loungers just covered foam mattresses on the floor which get soaked every time anyone is in the pool so are covered in watermarks. The pool and deck loses the sun very early about 4 pm so not ideal. There is one small fridge so for a property for 8 who need water and cold drinks this is very bad. Despite telling the owner of these issues some of which she was clearly aware of before we arrived only the Septic tank was emptied ( badly, spilling sewage on the adjoining plot)and after telling me that no one else had complained all communication effectively ended. This was a very expensive villa and we have hired many times through Hone/away/ VRBO and this was not value for money. Many better places for less money and we would never recommend this place. Finally the two plots either side are for sale so likely to be a building site soon so we recommend avoid. Very upset with nearly three weeks for 14 thousand euros. If you are going to be premium rates ensure at the very least everything works

Je ne vais pas répondre point par point à ces commentaires car les appréciations laissées par des locataires précédants sont totalement opposées. La seule chose que je voudrais dire c est qu il faut absolument éviter de louer à ce monsieur , imbu de sa personne et habitué certainement à avoir du personnel à sa disposition. Il m a harcelée pendant une semaine pour des détails, me demandant par exemple d intervenir lorsque une guêpe a piqué son fils !!! comme si j étais responsable.... je lui conseille à l avenir de choisir un PALACE comme type d hébergement, avec du personnel à sa disposition 24h/24’ et de se détendre pendant ses vacances. LOCATAIRE A FUIR absolument.

Une parenthèse de bonheur
Nous sommes arrivés le dimanche jusqu’au dimanche suivant. Ce fut un séjour en famille comme on le souhaitait. Un espace pour chacun aménagé avec beaucoup de soin . C’est vraiment une maison de vacances pour partager avec les proches et tisser des moments de bonheur. La maison est très confortable et les environs sont magnifiques , dépaysants . De plus Il ne manque aucune commodité dans cet endroit pour vivre une parenthèse formidable. Merci à la propriétaire qui est vraiment une super hôtesse.

Nous avons séjourner 10 jours dans cette villa de rêve Chaque détail a été bien pensé afin que l'on se sente comme chez soit Mobilier de qualité, literie confortable, cuisine très bien équipée, bref il ne manque rien ... La vue panoramique sur la baie de Sa Tuna est juste splendide avec le levé du soleil et la piscine miroir chauffée offre un décors de carte postale Merci à notre hôte pour son accueil, sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité
