'We had an amazing stay. The staff is kind and will do everything to ensure you have a pleasant stay. We asked for a vegan breakfast, and the staff, since they weren't sure what we would eat, asked what we loved and ensured we got it. 'We just LOVE this place. The area is very beautiful. The couple running this place are just the most sweetest people we met in Portugal so far, they are very loving, caring, helpful and they make you feel like home. We recommend to eat here too one night because they cook amazing too(and really not expensive for what you get!). 'Beautiful B&B in the country with beautiful horses, sheep and goats on the property. They offer riding lessons and walks too. Staff is super friendly and accommodating. This is a basic accommodation but very comfortable and clean. The restaurant was excellent as well. Breakfast was self-serve continental and adequate. Will definitely be back. ❤️'

'Depuis 2 mois je suis dans les hotels pour notre voyage et franchement c est le meilleur hotel que j ai eu. Une entreprise familiale qui aime le service parfait et tout les petites attrention y sont inclus.Merci a Poalo pour son acceuil chaleureux et ces recommandation.Le site est super bien situer au sommet vis a vis le douro , parfait pour les coucher de soleil. Je souhaiterais y retourner certainement. Merci a tous pour ces jours passés. '

'We absolutely loved our stay at Quinta dos Murcas. We felt almost transported to another world - it was serene, beautiful, and easy. The highlight of the stay was the incredible staff who assisted us from well before we even checked in, coordinating activities, dinners, taxi rides, making delicious meals, giving us tours, and being there for anything we needed. This is the type of place where you forget time and truly relax. We loved it!'

'We had a lovely holiday at Casa Pinha. The owners are wonderful, and the location is perfect, offering a breathtaking view. The breakfast is excellent, and the cleaning lady is both friendly and thorough. The only area for improvement would be upgrading the beds and shower cabins. With that, it would be a perfect 10 .'

Clean and convenient

"We stayed there for one night during our vacation in Portugal. The room is clean. But the sofabed is a bit small and tilted. The staff are very friendly and helpful. "

"Ligging is handig want vanuit het hotel loop je vooral naar beneden langs alle bezienswaardigheden in Coimbra, de staf is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam, bv. kregen tips hoe het beste te lopen en telefoonnummer van taxi mee om weer terug te komen. Gegeten in bar van hotel, menukaart met ruime keuze en gerechten waren smaakvol en creatief. Parkeerplaats en garage aanwezig, ontbijt prima. Dit hotel is een aanrader. "

Nice stay

"Hotel doesn't have its own parking, so parking needs to be done near by, which if you arrive late, could be an issue to find space. You have to pay a small amount anyway, so you will need some coins in your pocket. The hotel itself is nice, friendly staff, good breakfast, and it is easy to walk to other restaurants & places. Unfortunately, the small restaurants just outside of the hotel was temporarily closed. "
