'L’hôtel est très beau dans son ensemble. Le monsieur qui nous a accueillis à la réception était chaleureux et accueillant. Nos 2 chambres étaient spacieuses, propres et fonctionnelles. La piscine extérieure est dans un très beau cadre, vue sur la montagne. Nous avons mangé un soir au buffet (beaucoup de choix). Le deuxième soir, nous avons mangé à Queijaria Manteigas où nous avons été très bien reçus. Le petit déjeuner de l’hôtel est sous forme de buffet. La vue depuis la terrasse du restaurant...

'Beautiful area and lots of potential to be an exclusove spot but unfortunately it disappointed in many ways, from the restaurant which serves overcooked food that doesn’t have balanced flavors to the staff that seems like they don’t want to be there and finally the facilities, especially the “spa area” which consists of two 60C “saunas” and a 35C “steam” room.
Expectations were very high, considering the price and exclusive online appearance but disappointed in many ways. '

Las personas que trabajan son todas muy agradables. La piscina exterior un oasis en el medio de la ciudad. El spa de lujo, piscina, sauna , masajes. Todo el lugar de maravilla. Daba pena irse.'
