'Thank you to the amazing staff at Casa do Vidoeiro who provided outstanding customer service to our family. The amenities were as advertised, super clean and working AC along with an amazing pool. Our host Mr. Jose was superb and provided valuable insight to the areas must see spots…we will be back!'
'Beautiful area and lots of potential to be an exclusove spot but unfortunately it disappointed in many ways, from the restaurant which serves overcooked food that doesn’t have balanced flavors to the staff that seems like they don’t want to be there and finally the facilities, especially the “spa area” which consists of two 60C “saunas” and a 35C “steam” room.
Expectations were very high, considering the price and exclusive online appearance but disappointed in many ways. '
'This was my third time at Raízes da Vinha. Every time they amaze me with their friendliness. The hotel is located in a great spot with a view to the mountains, is spectacular. The rooms are clean and if something is not right the staff is quick to help you.
I strongly recommend it.'
