'Holiday Inn Dunes is een redelijk tot goed hotel, ontbijt is ruim voldoende zowel qua variëteit als qua kwalitiet. Kamers voldoende ruim, badkamer schoon, alles werkt naar behoren. Vermoedelijk is de controle na schoonmaken/opruimen van de kamer niet geborgd, regelmatig werd een handdoek o.i.d. "vergeten". Hotel ligt op goede loopafstand van "Cola intersection" als wel van centrum "Hamra". Airco werkt in de wintertijd niet, terwijl de temperatuur toch behoorlijk kan oplopen, zodat dag en nacht...

'Goede service, vriendelijk personeel, gratis shuttle naar downtown. Wij hadden via het hotel een taxi geregeld vanaf het vliegveld naar het hotel. Bij aankomst werden we lelijk opgelicht door de taxichauffeur. De manager heeft dit voor ons keurig opgelost door het teveel betaalde geld aan ons te vergoeden + bij onze terugreis een gratis taxivervoer naar de luchthaven aan te bieden. Klasse!'

'over-all good hotel for business. Breakfast could be better from international point of view. Service food on rooftop is extremely slow. Sometimes no service.at all.'

'yes, we had a balcony room with sea view, the staff were very accomodating when we asked for late checkout. Also, the airport shuttle made a big difference, a brand new electric van.'
