The space
Located at the beginning of Gemayze area - on Gouraud street, steps away from trendy cafés, international and Lebanese restaurants, art galleries and beauty and health centers, is your invitation to explore the dynamic mood of Beirut City.

Our charming apartment of 3 bedrooms was thoughtfully designed and equipped to ensure a special and memorable stay to our guests.

The place consists of:
- A spacious living area tastefully furnished, creating a sense of freedom.
- A dining area and a bar, adjacent to the living room to enjoy delicious meal with friends.
- Three bedrooms (one master with en-suite bathroom)
- One bathroom and Guest WC.
- Fully equipped Kitchen, functional to prepare meals.

The building has its own generator, leads our guests from the underground parking till the apartment level.

There is only one apartment per floor giving our guests more privacy and tranquility.

- Passports:
The passports are requested upon check-in as per the Lebanese General Security's requirements.

-Electricity:
The power is available 24/24.

- Parking:
A private parking is allocated in underground basement and accessible via a car elevator.

- Elevator access:
The building has an elevator that facilitate your access directly to the apartment.

- Check-in Procedure:
The apartment is equipped with a smart lock , our customer relationship officer will welcome our guest and provide them with needed instructions.

- Housekeeping:
The apartment will be prepared and ready prior to the guests arrival. Additional cleaning is available during the stay for additional fee.

- Respect for Neighbors: we ask our guests to respects the Neighbors and keep noise levels to the minimum, especially during late hours.

- Smoking Policy:
Smoking is prohibited inside the property.

- Safety and security:
