Nice hotel in center of Hamra, Beirut
Our stay here was very good, and we would recommend it. We stayed in a premium twin room, and it was lovely. The maids cleaned it thoroughly each day. The wifi was fast, and was generally strong enough to stream movies. The hotel seems to have a good generator, because we rarely experienced any power cuts. And the sound-proofing windows worked extremely well; we were never bothered by the honking outside. Breakfast was delicious, with different types of Lebanese dishes each day. The location is fantastic. It's right next to Hamra Street, so there are dozens of restaurants, coffee shops, ATMS, and other stores in the immediate area. It's also only a short walk from the American University (about 15 minutes). The neighborhood feels safe. The staff are all very friendly. The downsides: There are only a few English-language channels on the tv, and you have to search for them because there are nearly 1000 channels. The balcony was quite small, only big enough to stand. And the view, of the unfinished building across the street, wasn't very nice. The prices for the minibar are a little too expensive to make it appealing, and they don't serve any alcohol. We tried to order room service twice. The first time they were already closed at 7:50pm. The second time, they delivered it a little too late and it was already a bit stale. They do encourage you to use their own taxi service, which overcharges by about 5,000 lira. And the elevator is very slow. But overall, a very good hotel.

Heel apart hotel in Arabische stijl.
Goede bediening, zeer gastvrij. Midden in de leuke wijk Hamra. Dus alles in de buurt. Restaurants, winkels, enz. De Corniche Boulevard is te belopen, ongeveer 20 minuten. De inrichting van de ontvangsthal, maar ook de kamers en de ontbijtruimte, het is allemaal in Arabische stijl. Echt prachtig, als een sprookje. De kamers zijn zeer compleet ingericht. Prima bedden!

TOP hotel with a very nice team
We had great luck to spent two nights in this amazing well-located hotel. The rooms are large, comfortable and well equipped. The team (particular mention should be made here Sara) is very helpful and friendly. One of the highlights was the daily breakfast buffet. We also fondly remember our trip to Batroun and Byblos (with the hotel driver Ibraim). We enjoyed our stay a lot!

One of the best boutique hotels I've ever stayed in. Staff greeted my wife and I with a welcoming smile, so is the decor of the lobby, breakfast is great and the room is very clean. Whenever I come back to Lebanon I am going to stay here. One small note: The bathroom ( Toilet ) could use an update, but I still give the hotel a five stars.

Perfect stay
We have had an excellent stay at Q-Hotel. The staff went above and beyond, very friendly and helpful. Good location in a central part and a very nice neighbourhood. And the room! It must be the most beautiful hotel room I have ever stayed in! Definitely recommended.

Pleasant, clean and well located.
Comfortable room and reasonable breakfast. Located very conveniently in the centre of Beirut. Car parking (valet) worked well - in reality it’s just parked outside the hotel on the road! Would recommend.

Original mais sale.
Un hôtel à la décoration kitsch originale et amusante. Le personnel est gentil et souriant. En revanche les chambres sont sales. Le papier peint de notre chambre se décollait, il y avait des traces de saleté sur la moquette, les surfaces étaient poussiéreuses, les ampoules du miroir de la salle de bain ont été retirées etc... dommage.

The Service and staff is top grade, the breakfast very good, vast, many european, middle east and american options, just a few meter to Hamra Street, many shops and restaurants near by, I have only 2 complaints, our first room the carpet was very dirty, we complaint and got a change of room with no carpets, the 2 complaint is that the internet is very deficient, slow and keeps loggin you out. Nevertheless, very recommended.

The Q-Hotel Hamra, Wardieh, Roma Street, Beirut, Lebanon is a diamond in the rough. As soon as you walk to the door you are treated like this is your home. The staff during our stay were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast everyday had a wide selection of typical Arabic food, was not disappointed.

Nice comfortable stay. Wifi was good with not many drop outs. Buffet breakfast had a nice selection for a small hotel. I like staying here as it is within a short walking distance to Hamra Street and local restaurants and shops.

I really enjoyed my stay at Q - Hotel. This was my second time within two years. The suite was well comfortable and nicely-decorated. The staff were really nice and friendly but the only minus (relatively) is the time for check-in and check-out took longer what I expected. I will most likely come back again.

Location great but let down by the hotel
Overall the hotel is average with the location being its winning feature. We stayed in a junior suite which had a very hard mattress and there was no shower curtain over the bath meaning that every day the bathroom was flooded. We also had to ask the cleaner to provide us with basic amenities such as toilet paper. We were shocked to come back to our room on our final full day to see our room had not been touched by housekeeping, when we discussed this with reception they were very defensive and said that we should have left the sign on the door stating we want the room cleaning - on every other day the room was cleaned despite there being no sign on the door and we were also never told of this policy and there was no apology. Also, on 3 of the 7 days we stayed there the key did not work in the door meaning that we had to go back to reception to have the card reset and again there was no apology on any occasion. Breakfast was basic and we had to ask for coffee to be poured for us.

Wonderful boutique hotel with fantastic staff
This hotel has so much character!very ornately furnished, quiet rooms with black out curtains. The owner has put thought into the design which is rare these days! The staff were tremendously helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The very kind receptionist had a car pick up our lost luggage at the airport and the valet was always ready to help no matter what time of day or night. Food was tasty and the breakfast staff were quick to bring spontaneous coffee refills which is always appreciated. The only thing that was missing was a rooftop pool but we were too busy exploring beautiful lebanon for that anyway. 😊 I would definitely stay here again and recommend it highly. Staff and hotels this good are difficult to find!

soyez vigilant avant de réserver cet hôtel
la chambre était correcte mais la salle de bain était dégluasse, notamment la baignoire. on m'a facturé des éléments de minibar alors que je n'ai rien pris. je n'ai pas fait attention quand j'ai payé. De plus, j'ai invité un ami au petit déj un jour ce qui m'a été facturé en supplément malgré la promesse de l'un du personnel de ne pas le facturer vu que je n'ai pas pris le petit déj pendant 4 jours...je trouve cela pas gentil!
