'We enjoyed our time at this hotel very much. We appreciate the hospitality of all the personnel, the facilities in and outside the room, great breakfast lounge, food and breakfast crew, and the comfort throughout the hotel gave us a home worth feeling from start of our stay until the end. A small improvement would be the wifi dropouts from time to time in one of the rooms but this could be caused by being in a room edge of the building. 'The room was spacious with a city view. There were also two complimentary small lebanese sweets and crackers boxes and a big fruit platter. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Mr Mohamed and Mr Fadi at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Special appreciation also to Mr Rabih Nader whow accompanied me in the early morning to find an ATM machine before our travel. They were all very helpful and extra friendly. Would definitely recommend it.'

'Staff is friendly and helpful. Both swimming pools are great. Lovely breakfast is served at your table. What was is bit annoying, and simultaneously a tip for the hotel. You're unable to pay with maestro. Rooms and bathrooms are on the smaller side, but nice. Balcony is large. A tip for the hotel is to communicate to your guests.
