The hotel made us feel comfortable all the time. Whenever we asked for something they would help is right away with a smile. The workers were polite and helpful.

Very helpful and serviceminded people in the reception and Cesar, working everywhere it seemed like, had always a smile on his face and fixed whatever we asked him about. Breakfast was also fine and you just had to ask for omelets or other things and you got it. Never empty plates, so you didn't have to ask them to fill up. We appreciate that. This is not a super luxery hotel, if you are looking for that. More "home cosy".'

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. In Kuwait City is always important to ask for a silent room (lots of traffic and constructions going on) and we got such rooms indeed.
The rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped (to include a large laser printer & fax!). The breakfast was also good. All in all just what we needed for our short stay there.'
