Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam en elke dag keurig kamer schoongemaakt en schone handdoeken Punten van aandacht: de WiFi was niet of nauwelijks te ontvangen op de hotelkamer waardoor ik veelal in de lobby ging zitten voor ontvangst. Verder stroomde het douchewater deels de badkamer in, waardoor het nat en glibberig was. Het mooiste van het hotel was het uitzicht op het meer van Galilea, werkelijk adembenemend mooi en een ervaring die ik iedereen gun.'
