'property was great, breakfast was great and plentiful, room was very nice and roomy, beautiful scenery, great location for hiking, staff very freindly'
'The room was clean and comfortable! The decor and furniture were a bit dated and shabby. But everything was clean in good shape. Breakfast was excellent! everything was tasty and fresh.👌 The view from the dining room is breathtaking!!! If you don't mind older amenities in all a great to place to stay, especially families with kids .😃 4 stars easy.'
'Front desk staff was great! But we had to change rooms 3 times. The first two were old and door broken/ no WiFi. The third room was actually like the picture in the advertisement. Very disappointed For a 9.2 star rated hotel . It is more like 3 star hotel depending on what room they give you.'
'Pros : great pool
But you have to drive to it
Great outside gym
AC unites work well
Cons :
Room is not well cleaned
Tv both - never worked
Broken cabinets
You can’t even close window or lock
They never asked or check on room and me as guest
Breakfast 2/10 not even orange juice , not working toaster
No egg station
Really poor breakfast
Bad sitting
They have machine to kill flys
And all dead flys in machine still
Dirty broken toilet
No view from room
Their photos are misleading
I...
'photos is one, reality is the other. very poor maintantnce. rooms was NOT CLEAN (especially toilet..), there is a large window in the front of the room and the stuff kept coming to this window and see if i am in the room (an hour before regular checkout time) and that was really disturbing. happend at least 3-4 times.
