'Upon arrival to the room, the floors appear unswept. There was hair on the floor from the previous guest, something that appeared to look like a toenail, and trash still on top of the shelf. Breakfast was really disappointing with only a couple options. Staff were friendly, but don’t recommend this hotel just based off how dirty our room was.'

I know most hotels would get 0 bookings, but instead the hotels and Expedia deceive guests about the nature of their stays which is almost always based on reviews that happened when there were no renovations going on. 'I stayed for two nights. The room was not cleaned, no new towels etc. The light bulb in the lamp controlled by the wall switch was burned out. There was no brochure listing local resturants and other ammenities that are usually found in motels. There was no in- room coffee maker and the iron was missing. There was no dresser to put clothes.
On the positive side, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean and quiet.'

'My stay at Tru by Hilton was unfortunately disappointing overall. The biggest issue was cleanliness. The bathroom was clearly not cleaned thoroughly before my arrival — there was hair throughout the shower and corners, grime buildup, cobwebs, marks on the bathroom walls, and the toilet itself appeared visibly dirty and unsanitary. I ended up having to clean parts of the bathroom myself, which was very off-putting.

'The property is old but clean. The parking is easy. Didn’t do breakfast so no input on that. Bed was comfortable. Nice working fridge. Had trouble with the shower not draining and they fixed it right away. Easy to get to, right off the highway. Would stay there again.'
