'I am a frequent traveler and prefer smaller quirky hotels.
But the service at this hotel makes me reconsider my preferences. This hotel has the most amazing staff and service, by far the best experience in many years!!
The facilities here are brilliant; gym, spa and restaurant was top quality… I am not a fan off new and modern, but here I make an exception!! 10/10

'Great condo and great communication from the management company. Only one problem. The garage stalls are marked without any order or logic. We were assigned space number one, should have been a no brainer. Took our combined efforts with security to locate it in a hidden corner behind a divider wall. '

The suites are in a kind of shabby looking building a few doors down the road but once you enter the Suites area everything is perfect. Bathroom is fantastic. Location is good but there are not many restaurants in the area, it takes 5-10 minutes to walk. There is a 24 h supermarket just a couple of minutes away though. '

'Schoon en verzorgd. Redelijk behulpzaam personeel. Kamer aan het zwembad, maar tijdens mijn korte verblijf (rond 20 mei) was het zwembad nog niet schoongemaakt na de winter.
Kamer is netjes maar met het hoofd einde naast de deur, die geen geluid van buiten tegenhoud, was met het luidruchtige personeel uitslapen (later dan 06.00) niet mogelijk.
Ontbijt is qua variatie en aanbod redelijk.
Met een auto is de locatie fantastisch, zonder auto iets minder handig.

'Amazing place, an old world building floating on the river’s edge. Staff all very helpful, not all spoke English but we got the job done. Good food overlooking the water and a riverside balcony on the room.

There was just a problem, so there was not our room’s air condition’s remote control but don’t need to use it. All staff were so kind and helpful. "Small rooms (luckily with high ceilings). Small bathroom. Staff very moody...just not so friendly nor service minded. We stayed here for a long weekend and didn't know there was a marathon on the day we left. We were told that no taxi's were able to pick us up between 8am and 2pm. We were simply told to walk to the bridge outside the marathon area (quite a distance with luggage). While the next morning we were told by the nice receptionist that if we walk (5 mins) to Hilton hotel a minibus could take us there for 3 euro. On our last night we had a drunk group of people outside the hotel underneath the window. The hotel didn't asked them to move. Very disappointing. The hotel for us was faded glory !"
"Prima hotel, op loopafstand van het centrum. Vriendelijk personeel en parkeerplek voor de deur. Ontbijt stelt niet veel voor helaas, de eieren zijn zo lang gebakken dat ze groen en taai zijn. Er zijn in de kamer gordijnen voor het raam, maar niet voor de glazen balkondeur, dus als je gevoelig bent voor licht ben je heeeel vroeg wakker. Geluidsisolatie is heel goed."
