Staff was very friendly, but it didn’t compensate for the lack of service. They tried though. But room service was often not available or took more than an hour. The water pressure in the shower was barely working etc.

Le Courtyard Mariott ou j‘ai mes habitudes etant complet, j‘ai reserve au Metropol Palace. Service comparable, c.a.d. de qualite. Offre gastronomique plus large, et offre Wellness, massage et pool. Malheureusement, la piscine est surpeuplee et je ne suis pas sur que ce soient tous des clients de l‘hotel. Un peu plus eloigne du centre ville, mais encore faisable a pied. Une bonne alternative.

It's a nice hotel with a bit of history. The staff are friendly and helpful; they all spoke English well. There's a nice view from the roof, and the facilities are overall very good. Breakfast options were pretty good. A decent breakfast by local standards.

One of the nicest hotels ive ever had the pleasure of stopping in. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. The bar was excellent the room was comfy and spacious, bathroom was perfect. Gym and spa equipment second to none. Would 1000000% recommend a stay here. Out of this world and unreal value for money 👏

Trip to Belgrade to watch City
The hotel is located on one of Belgrade's main streets, but a little away from bars and restaurants. Lobby area is great, as is the roof top bar. The one big issue I had was the the bedroom. For some reason you cannot have to thermostat lower than 22degC, which means the room is very warm and uncomfortable. Resulted in two poor nights sleep. Needs putting right that!!

This is my second time staying at the property. The hotel stands up to their start rating but this time couple things didn't work out. Room didn't have the working phone and also items were not replaced every day or the trash was not removed without asking them specifically.

Top class stay. Fantastic hotel in a great location. Clean and polished all around with a good choice of Clarins toiletries in the bathroom. Very much liked seeing the refillable bottles in the bathroom rather than miniature plastics. Breakfast was great with a wide choice of everything anyone might need. Wonderful having the spa onsite which we fully utilised. Courteous staff at reception and behind the bar. About a 15 minute stroll to Republic Square so a good location. Extremely clean and tidy throughout.

Overall it was a nice property. The room service meal options felt a bit random and limited - I would have like to see more of a variety and more healthy options. The gym was very nice.
