The Space

Fully equipped new loft unit with a view and access to a court yard located in a beautiful building from 1903.

The apartment is 8.50 m2 ground floor with a loft bedroom of 3 m2, on the ground level there’s living room, kitchenette and small bathroom. A big window will provide great source of natural light and air.

Along with the interior space it offers also a cozy and chilly patio shared with the communal back yard. This resting space is designed to give you a pleasant hangout spot  enjoying  your coffee and tea time.

Apartment has inverter air conditioning for heating and cooling, smart flat TV, cable TV with international channels and Wi-Fi Internet, hair dryer, blender, induction cooker, French press for coffee and much more.

As previously mentioned this location is the right spot if you aiming to find hotels, clubs, museums, cafes, restaurants... ect within 100m around. With a short walk you can reach anywhere in the city or use Public transportation.

Public Parking place is available (10€ / day),

If you don’t want transportation arrange upon your arrival in Belgrade, you can come to the city using public transportation. When you exit the airport, the bus stop is to the left. It runs every 30 minutes. The last stop is Slavija and out apartment is 40 meters away. The ticket cost around 300 RSD ( approximately 2.55€) you need to have dinars and buy the ticket to the driver

Location
We are close to Slavija square, a spot from where you catch a lot of city buses. We are 17 min walk from the central bus station
