'Pros: Very clean room in a recently built neighborhood. Excellent security and the reserved parking spot was a PLUS!
Cons: All the info regarding the access to the apt, the tenant’s and renter’s responsibilities and the incidentals was overwhelming and somewhat confusing. Way too much info in the emails and attachment. If you could streamline that to the bare minimum, you’d get a perfect 10!
Keep up the good work and I will definitely stay with BHA on my next trips to the area!'

Room was very clean and modern. There was a great covered seating area outside where guests can enjoy a fresh cup of coffee on the house. (It was great to sit with others in a group and meet new people.)
Location was very handy, walkable to the old town but also directly on...

'The main issue because of which I did not rate 5 stars was the lack of hot water (the water heater was not working, error code on display).
The area looks kind of remote (new development) but is easy to go to downtown by car.'
