'I came up for a "Dad's Weekend" with my VT kid. I first checked hotels and because it was the VT spring game and parents weekend, prices were outrageously high. I checked VRBO and this property came up. It was much more reasonably priced, had more space than I needed, and parking was convenient. The neighborhood isn't anything fancy, but I didn't go there to walk around Christiansburg, plus the 15min drive to VT is easy. All-in-all, much better than a hotel room. Would definitely stay there...

'My sister and I were looking for a place to stay in Floyd while we were caring for our elderly dad. This apartment was perfect and was clean, comfortable and very well stocked. 'Very cute and comfortable. If you love being in the woods but close to town it’s perfect. It was a pleasure running into the owner at a brewery performing music. He managed to over hear chatting with the locals realize I was there and came over to say hi. That was really cool and made my stay feel more homie and welcomed. I plan to be back.'
