'Nice hotel in downtown Greenville. The hotel and room were very clean, staff was friendly, valet parking for an affordable nightly rate. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was nice enough and I appreciate the 11AM check out.'

'Free laundry at the sister hotel across the street and free printing in the business center. The staff at both the holiday inn and the sister hotel were just the nicest people. Went above and beyond for us! Only con is that the cleaning agent they use is a heavily perfumed floral. If you're sensitive to smells, maybe skip this hotel.'

'Shower was scalding hot. Went to front desk, employee acted like we were bothering her but said she would let maintenance know. Shower still scalding next am. Floor in bathroom and next to bed was VERY slippery. Did not enjoy my stay and would not go back in future.'

'This reminded me of a more affordable, no frills Double Tree, especially with the complimentary cookies :) Overall it was a great place to crash for a night. Very friendly staff, free coffee 24/7, free water bottles in room, comfy and clean bed. I would stay here again. Nothing super glamorous or special but a decent place to see Greenville from.'
