The Space:

Welcome to Lakepoint Overlook, where mornings begin with coffee overlooking Lakepoint Marina and evenings end with peaceful sunsets reflecting across Lake Loch Lomond. This home embraces the charm of a classic family lake house, offering a cozy and comfortable retreat where conversations linger around the table, board games bring everyone together, and the simple moments become the memories you'll cherish long after your stay.



Step inside and you'll find a home full of timeless lake-house character. Warm wood finishes, classic oak cabinetry, comfortable furnishings, and inviting gathering spaces create the cozy feeling of a home that has been thoughtfully loved and cared for over the years. If you're looking for a brand-new, modern designer home with sleek finishes and contemporary décor, this probably isn't the place for you.



The spacious living room is the heart of the home, offering comfortable seating, a Roku Smart TV, and large windows that showcase beautiful lake views. It's the perfect place to gather after a day on the water, enjoy family movie nights, or simply relax with a good book while watching boats come and go from the marina.



Just beyond the living room, the dining area invites everyone to gather around the table for home-cooked meals, card games, or planning the next day's adventures. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you'll need, including both a Keurig and traditional drip coffee maker, cookware, baking essentials, dishes, and plenty of room to prepare meals together.



Lakepoint Overlook comfortably accommodates up to nine guests with three bedrooms and an additional twin bed located in the downstairs office. While the office isn't considered a formal bedroom because it doesn't have a closet, it offers a comfortable sleeping space that's perfect for an additional guest or child. Three full bathrooms make getting everyone ready for a day on the lake simple and convenient.



The expansive deck quickly becomes everyone's favorite place to spend time together. Start your morning with coffee overlooking the marina, fire up the grill for dinner, or simply relax while enjoying panoramic views of Lake Loch Lomond. Whether you're watching boats glide across the water or taking in a quiet Arkansas sunset, you'll quickly understand why guests never want to leave.



Follow the path down to your private dock, tucked inside a protected inlet with direct access to the lake. Bring your own boat or rent one nearby and spend your days cruising Lake Loch Lomond, fishing, swimming, kayaking, or paddleboarding. Guests are welcome to tie their boat alongside the dock; however, the private boat lift is reserved for the owners and is not available for guest use.

Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire home and property, except for the owner's closet and the private boat lift. The dock is available for guest use.



The Neighborhood:

One of our favorite things about Lakepoint Overlook is its incredible location. Step out onto the deck, and you'll be looking directly across the water at Lakepoint Marina on beautiful Lake Loch Lomond. The views are constantly changing, from peaceful mornings as the lake wakes up to colorful sunsets as boats return to the marina.



If you're bringing a boat or renting one during your stay, you'll love having your own private dock tucked into the protected inlet just below the home. One of our favorite local experiences is boating across the lake to Lakepoint Restaurant & Event Center for lunch, dinner, or live entertainment before cruising back to your private dock. It's one of those simple experiences that makes a lake vacation truly unforgettable.



Outdoor enthusiasts will find endless opportunities to explore. The Back 40 Trail System, one of Northwest Arkansas' premier mountain biking destinations, is just a few miles away with multiple trail access points nearby. Blowing Springs Park, located about 8 miles from the home, offers scenic hiking and biking trails, suspension bridges, waterfalls, and beautiful wooded landscapes. You'll also find additional walking paths, parks, golf courses, and outdoor recreation throughout Bella Vista.



When you're ready to explore beyond the lake, Downtown Bentonville is approximately 13 miles away, about a 20-minute drive. Spend the day visiting Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art, browsing local shops, enjoying award-winning restaurants, exploring the Bentonville Square, or experiencing the area's renowned cycling culture.



At the end of the day, you'll find yourself right back on the deck, watching the sun settle over Lakepoint Marina. It's a view that never gets old, and one we're excited to share with every guest who stays at Lakepoint Overlook.

Nothing ruins a getaway like a rushed Sunday morning. Sleep in, sip your coffee, or hit the trails one last time, because Pink Door is a vibe, and early Sunday checkouts are not it. Enjoy a complimentary noon checkout on Sundays!
