New construction. Riding distance to back 40 trail. Beautiful home with 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms. Master bedroom has king bed. Bedroom #2 has 2 twin beds, This property also has a rollout bed so if can sleep 5 people total. This house has a large upper deck with lots of seating, hammock, pellet grill (check local burn bans before using), and hot tub. There is also a lower gravel area with more seating and a fire pit. Garage is game room with darts, shuffleboard, ring toss, ping pong table, and large TV. Apple speakers throughout home.

Whether you want to have adventure or chill this home is set perfectly up for both. Several things to keep you busy while visiting or chill in quiet space for relaxation.

Guest Access:
You will receive check in instructions as well as the door code day of check in approximately 12 hours before. At this time, we aren't able to guarantee any early check ins, or late check outs.

There is a Door Camera located at the front door that is operational. There is a non operational broken camera located at the basement access door.

Although there are a lot of fun amenities, and we hope that our guests have a great time making memories and enjoying the space, THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE and violators will be asked to leave the property and fines will be associated with violating house rules.

Health or safety concerns: Due to the fact that the owner's son is highly allergic to certain animals (including dogs) I cannot have any reservations with Assistance Animals.
