The "Brink's Haven" 3-bedroom home in Bella Vista for a comfy retreat

Whether coming back from a long day on the bike trails or just enjoying the scenic beauty of NWA come relax in the contemporary comfort of this recently renovated 3 BR, 2 Bath home. In the main room rest on the extra-long comfy sofa or one of the relaxing leather recliners and enjoy a favorite show on the 55-inch smart TV with favorite streaming apps.

The dining table seats 6 and overlooks the patio and forested and private back part of the property. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, silverware, utensils for cooking, pots, pans, waffle iron, blender, crock pot, and last but not least Keurig coffee maker and k cups.

Enjoy the serenity of the master bedroom overlooking the wooded back lot with en-suite shower with tub and large walk-in closet. At the other end of the house is a queen bedroom with large closet. Across the hall is the large bunk room office with twin bed, bunk with twin on top and double futon on the bottom that can also be made into a bed. As well as desk and printer with office chair seating and a 50-inch TV. Second full bath with tub and shower shared by these rooms.
We can (with 8-10 days’ notice) obtain guest passes for you to give you access to the beach at Lake Avalon, all 5 Bella Vista golf courses, and Kingsdale or Medfield Swimming Pools, as well as Branchwood workout facility and indoor pool, also a frisbee golf course.

Chill on the back deck, watch the wildlife and enjoy grilling after a day of golf, biking or exploring.

Bella Vista boasts over 100 miles of bike trails including the new OZ Trails highspeed chairlift with over 20 miles of gravity-fed trails and world class bike trails. Also 9 miles to downtown Bentonville and Crystal Bridges world class art museum (with free admission.) Three 18-hole golf courses within five miles. Close to Tanyard Creek trail, waterfalls and Lock Lomond. In addition, kayak one of the lovely six lakes in Bella Vista. You will enjoy your stay and create wonderful memories here.
