The Space:

A covered front porch welcomes you into an inviting, spacious open-concept layout where the living room, dining area, and kitchen flow seamlessly together, offering plenty of room to gather and relax. The kitchen is centered around a large island with ample space for cooking and meal prep, making it easy to spend time together during your stay.



The home includes three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The primary bedroom features a king bed and a private attached bathroom. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, while the third bedroom offers two twin beds. These two bedrooms share a full hallway bathroom, providing a practical layout for families, couples, or small groups.



From the main living area, access the back deck featuring an electric grill and a spacious yard, offering plenty of room to unwind and enjoy the outdoors, alongside your furry friend. Guests also have access to the garage for parking during their stay.



Guest Access:

Guests will receive a unique door code prior to arrival for convenient keyless entry through the front door. The garage is available for parking and use during their stay.



The Neighborhood:

The home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood in Bella Vista, surrounded by mature trees and natural scenery. The area is known for its access to outdoor recreation, including nearby lakes, golf courses, and an extensive trail system for biking and hiking. It offers a peaceful setting while still being a short drive to Bentonville, dining options, and local attractions.



Getting Around:

A vehicle is recommended for getting around the area. The home is readily accessible via paved roads, making arrival and departure easy. Bella Vista is a residential community with attractions, trails, and lakes spread throughout, and there are ample bike trails in the area for those looking to explore on two wheels. The home offers garage parking, and additional driveway parking may be available. Downtown Bentonville, grocery stores, restaurants, and other amenities are just a short drive away.



Other Things to Note:

-Absolutely no parties.

-Must be 25 years of age to book.

-No refunds for weather-related events.

-No smoking anywhere on the property.

-All visitors must be off the property by quiet hours, 10 pm to 7 am.

-Pet-friendly: $65 fee for stay
