The home`s recovery pack is a standout feature for active guests, including Normatec compression boots, a Theragun, and a foam roller—everything you need to soothe sore muscles and recharge for your next ride. With generous storage for bikes and gear, plus all the comforts of home, this tranquil retreat is the perfect base for enjoying the beauty of the Ozarks.

Guests have full access to the entire townhouse and its amenities. Free parking right in front of the home makes loading and unloading gear a breeze.

Enjoy a smooth, private stay with self-check-in available anytime after 4 PM through the secure keypad entry at the private entrance—no lockbox, no waiting, just arrive and start relaxing. Check-out is at 11 AM, with flexibility available upon prior communication. While we won`t meet in person at check-in, we`re always just a message or call away if you need anything during your stay.

Set in a quiet residential area, Tunnel Vision Trail House sits in the heart of Bella Vista`s outdoor playground. Lake Windsor is just minutes away for fishing, swimming, or relaxing by the water, and Little Sugar, Back 40, and Blowing Springs trails are all within easy reach for some of the best riding and scenery in the Ozarks.

You`re also close to Tanyard Creek, Lake Loch Lomond, and Bella Vista Country Club, along with local dining and markets. Scenic drives connect you to nearby lakes, trail systems, and golf courses, and major routes like I-49 and Highway 71 make exploring the region simple. For those flying in, Northwest Arkansas National Airport (XNA) is about 30 minutes away.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Pets are not allowed at any time on the property. No parties, events, or large gatherings. This home is best suited for small groups or families. No eating in the beds or bedrooms. Please be respectful of the neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Violation of any house rules will result in fines to the guest of $250, along with cost of any damages and/or extra cleaning costs.
