Geniet van een spectaculair uitzicht op het meer vanuit verschillende gebieden in het huis of ga eropuit op het achterdek, compleet met gasbarbecue om te ontspannen en alles in te pakken! Vanaf daar kun je de trap af naar het meer en het privédok waar je de 5-zitplaatsen met waterfiets en kajak kunt vinden die beschikbaar zijn voor gasten tijdens je verblijf.

Binnenin je wordt behandeld om een open concept plattegrond die bestaat uit de belangrijkste woonkamer w / open haard, volledig gevulde keuken w / bar zitplaatsen, eethoek net buiten keuken langs w / secundaire zithoek en formele dineren uit de grote woonkamer. Master Suite biedt een kingsize bed & badkamer met dubbele ijdelheid en inloopdouche. De tegenovergestelde kant van het huis heeft een gasten slaapkamer met queensize bed en een complete badkamer net naast de slaapkamer. De hal die leidt naar de logeerkamer en badkamer heeft ook een deur die kan worden afgesloten om een secundaire suite-opstelling te maken. De 3e kamer bevindt zich aan de voorkant van het huis en is voorzien van een opstelling met een slaapbank die geschikt is voor twee personen.

Beautiful Bella Vista Home

This was hands down the nicest property that we have stayed at in Bella Vista. The view was amazing. The home was spacious and very clean We will definitely rebook this in the future.

Loved the living space and the personal access to the lake. The bathrooms need to be upgraded to match the rest of the house. I would also recommend adding an air fryer to the kitchen for those rainy nights.Celebrated our 35th anniversary and enjoyed our stay.TY

Perfect spot for a weekend getaway

We had four adults (my wife, me, my sister, and my brother in law) and we wanted a nice place to relax, be near the water, and play golf. This place was perfect! Everything was very clean and check in was a breeze. It's right on the lake and the views are beautiful. The owners are super nice and very responsive, and we loved our stay. It has everything you need, and we highly recommend it.

Lovely home and great stay!

The house worked out great for our family vacation! The layout was perfect with the primary bedroom on one side and two bedrooms/bath on the other for our adult kids. Loved the open main living space with a comfy sectional for tv/lounging but our favorite indoor spot was the sunroom with a view of the lake. Kitchen worked well for cooking big meals so we didn’t have to always eat out. Also enjoyed evenings on the lower deck when the weather was nice, it was too early in the season for getting out on the lake, but the trees and flowers were in bloom and the sunset view was lovely. Location worked well, easy drive to Bentonville - we came for the Crystal Bridges Museum (fabulous) and also enjoyed shopping in town, Walmart Museum, Peel Museum and Gardens, Cooper Memorial Chapel, Tanyard Creek trails and Wrights BBQ (best meal we had!). Also did several side trips - Eureka Springs, Onyx Cave, Bluff Dwellers Cave (our favorite, it was stunning). Thanks for a great place to stay!

Hugging the hillside

Property was lovely, comfortable, very clean. The photos do not show how steep the steps down to the lower deck and dock are. We weren't particularly concerned about that because our stay was in March, and we were not doing water activities. The driveway is very steep, which is mentioned, but believe it says it's a slight slope. Not slight for older folks! The area is beautiful, the house is airy and bright with lots of windows. The outdoor decks are also very nice. We would like to suggest some boxes of tissue placed around the house, and the kitchen really needs hot pads! We employed washcloths to remove hot pans out of the oven. A few staples such as foil, saran wrap, etc. would also be a plus. Overall, it was a great place, and we enjoyed our stay. On the last evening, a bald eagle landed in a nearby tree and we had excellent viewing from the sunroom for several; minutes! (courtesy of Mother Nature)

Great stay on the lake

Family of 4 spent three nights at this location - great house and plenty of space for everyone. Loved sitting on the dock during evenings watching the sun go down. Kitchen is generally well stocked - if you cook make sure to bring your own salt/pepper/spices/oils - there were none supplied. Other than that, we had everything we needed for a great stay.

Lake Brittany

The home was comfortable, nicely decorated and the view to the lake was peaceful. The kitchen was well equipped although being people who like to cook we thought there would at least be salt and pepper, but there was not one iota of salt, sugar, oil,spices etc. cabinets are bare and just barely enough silverware. But maybe we’re weirdos and most people go out to eat. There were plenty of nice towels both for bath and for lake activities and the kayaks and variety of lake rafts etc were wonderful. The grill was gross as were all the screen windows which were full of dead bugs which leads me to believe that the house cleaners are not doing their job. The few issues that I’ve mentioned were unfortunate but I have to say the owners were easily available for questions and concerns and, most importantly it is a very nice home equipped to spend some peaceful days.

This location was PERFECT!!! Mountain bike trails close by, very nice lake with kayaks, paddle boat, floaties, and a beautiful clean home! Would definitely recommend and stay here again

Peaceful Getaway

My husband and I with our three boys 21, 18 and 16 needed a little vacation time that was 2 hours away from Tulsa. We felt very at home and comfortable. The view of the lake is absolutely gorgeous and relaxing. We loved kayaking for hours on Lake Brittany. I grew up floating down the Illinois river and it felt just like that even though it was a lake. The cool breeze, cold water, tall trees and nature was just what the soul needed. The steps down to lake are a doozy but I enjoyed the exercise. We grilled out and used the kitchen for all our meals. The 4 TV’s in each room gave everybody their own freedom. We enjoyed playing board games and a puzzle at the table. The cold AC kept up with the 90 degree heat advisory weather outside. We loved pulling into the garage unload and loading, felt like our personal lake home. Beds were clean and comfy. Everything was provided for our needs. If they wanted to sweeten the deal, a paddle board and oar would have made things even perfect. I love that the two kayaks were already out for us to enjoy. We would come back in a heart beat.

Great views and property

We loved staying here and had a very relaxing time. The views are great and has one of the easiest access to the lake compared to other properties in Bella Vista we have stayed at. The property is exactly as described with all the facilities, cookware we needed. Property was very clean and while we did not need to contact the owners while there, the communication beforehand was easy and quick. We willl definitely look to stay again

These property managers know what they're doing! Such a tranquil spot with everything needed to enjoy it, including kayaks, a paddle boat, and an abundance of floaties/lake toys. The whole stay felt indulgent in even small ways; they provided tons of towels, extra blankets, a fully outfitted kitchen and grill stuff, plus access to all the streaming options you could want. We loved our stay!

Spring Break

We were fortunate to be able to rent this house on Lake Brittany for a week of R&R. The home is super nice - the layout is perfect for a couple, family with kids, or two couples - as it has 2 primary suites. The house was very clean. Everything in very good condition - like new furniture. The kitchen was great - had everything we needed. The sunroom is a huge plus! We spent a lot of time in the evenings sitting out there reading. The house is in an excellent neighborhood with many beautiful new homes. We felt very safe here. Renters are allowed to use the garage which was a perk. Outdoors there are several lawn chairs, an outdoor table and two lounge chairs - room for everyone! Communication with the owners couldn't have been better. My questions were responded to almost immediately every time. We spent 4 nights in the house - and it wasn't nearly enough. When we visit the Ozarks in the future, we will absolutely rent this home again. We visited a few local restaurants - several are listed in the owner's folder. Excellent food!! If you love Calzone's, Gusano's is amazing!! Be sure to visit the Mildred B Cooper chapel. It's just a few miles away - we were awe-struck! An amazingly beautiful place. We very much enjoyed our stay and were totally pleased with everything, including the owners! We strongly recommend this home for a vacation rental.

Refreshing Girls Getaway

My sister and I were celebrating her 50th birthday and chose this house for the close proximity to nature and hiking but also shops and restaurants. Sitting in the dining nook each morning sipping coffee while looking out over the lake was reason enough to stay. We ate a lot of meals at the house , so the fully stocked kitchen worked well. The fireplace was awesome too. It was too chilly to go in the lake, so I can’t speak to that. But we would definitely stay here again.

Super cute house with a beautiful view of the lake. Beds were comfy, coffeemaker was perfect. Gusanos pizza was amazing. We loved bentonville taco and tamale in the square. All recommendations from the host. Excellent communication from host and super easy checkout procedure.
