Cozy Comfortable Condo
Condo had everything we needed for a comfortable cozy place with a beautiful Lake Bellaire view to come home to after a long day at work at a build site in the area. Kitchen well stocked, laundry in unit was nice, warm extra blankets. Would stay again if in the area.

Love the location and fairly priced. The one negative was that the Queen size bed box springs is broken (wooden slats among the springs we broken & others cracked), but I am sure Jonathan is taking care of that.

Simple and comfortable
This property fit our needs just fine. It is simple and cozy. The location was fine for skiing and many things just a short drive away. It was great to have a kitchen to be able to cook and a washer and dryer as an option.

Good deal.
This property was not the most updated but everything worked as it should. It was also outfitted well with all the basics. Kitchen appliances worked well. Plenty of towels, extra blankets, and ect... Would stay again. Good value for the money spent. Temperature was comfortable in the unit. That said the heat runs a lot in the colder weather. Bring a humidifier.

We loved the condo. It was perfect for us. No TV in the bedroom though. Location was perfect in Bellaire. Just a short drive to Torch Lake. Shanty creek resort is beautiful and has a few shops and restaurants right there. The view of Bellaire lake from the condo is priceless. The resort pool is steps away. Jonathan, the owner was great. Very quick response when booking and very helpful. We will be going back!

Great place in Bellaire MI
If this place is available, don't hesitate to book it. We stayed during the summer, and it was so nice being so close to the pool, having access to barbeque, and watching the sunset on the deck outside. Can't wait to come back!!!

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo. We frequently stay at Shanty Creek but had never stayed in this complex. Beautiful view from the deck/living room. Great location for using the pool. Peaceful and relaxing....can't wait to go back!

Quality Experience
This place worked great for us. It was affordable, everyone had their own bed, and the location was great. We really enjoyed the view out the back, which was not even previewed in the pictures. We also took advantage of a large field very close by to play frisbee. We were given clear communication, which is always a plus.

Ski Weekend
Overall it met the expectations of what we needed. The ability the cook, sleep and rest from a day on the slopes with. I reached out with a question prior and did not receive a response back. Also disappointing was the ask not to use the top bunk. My son really enjoyed the bed, but would have liked the disclosure to use only the bottom bunk. I would rent again, ease to the slopes was super!

Cozy, Convenient, and Close to Perfect
The location couldn't be much better for this cozy condo near Lakeview Hotel on Shanty Creek's Summit Mountain. Less than a 10-minute drive to anything you could need in the area, whether it's skiing at Schuss Mountain, tubing at Summit mountain, or beer sampling at Short's Brewing in Bellaire. With room to sleep 6, the addition of double bunk beds sets this location apart from those of similar size and price. Sadly, the fireplace wasn't working (though the heating system was strong and kept us plenty warm) and we had trouble with Internet reliability. But we also didn't come all this way to sit on our phones and browse Instagram, so this was only a very minor inconvenience during an otherwise fantastic stay. Highly recommend a visit!

Cute and super clean
Honestly, one of the cleanest properties we've ever stay at. The place is tiny, but if you are there to be skiing or golfing and away from the condo, it doesn't really matter. Well equipped kitchen had everything you needed. Towels and linens had that fresh out of the laundry smell. Very nice. The only reason I gave it a 4 star is because of the Wifi and the cable service. They are provided by the resort itself and not the owner. That being the case, the Wifi didn't work half of the time and watching some channels on TV was like watching through a snow storm.
