This large apartment on two levels , located on the top floor of the house in Borgo Verginate, is the perfect solution for large groups or families , being able to accommodate up to 9 people. The village, surrounded by nature above Bellano, offers a spectacular view of Lake Como and is ideal for those who want a quiet stay, away from the confusion, but close to the lake's main points of interest. The house is located along the Wanderer's Trail , making it a perfect base for hikers as well.
On the entrance floor there is a large and bright living room with a relaxation area and dining area, two sofa beds and a fully equipped open kitchen. The living room leads to a panoramic balcony with a small table, ideal for enjoying a coffee in the morning with a lake view. On the same floor there is a full bathroom and a washing machine. Upstairs attic, accessible via internal stairs, there are two spacious bedrooms — one with a double bed and one with three single beds — as well as a second full bathroom.
The apartment has a private outdoor area with a dining table and barbecue and a private parking space . Bellano can be reached in a few minutes by car via a mountain road with hairpin bends, accessible by all cars but to be tackled carefully. On foot you can reach the village in about 40 minutes; there is no public transport to reach the village. From Bellano it is then possible to easily explore Lake Como thanks to trains and boats. An ideal solution for those who love to share spaces, views and special moments in an authentic and suggestive context.
