Serra Novecento Garden Suite & Residence _La Veranda_

On the lakeside promenade in Bellano, discreetly tucked behind an understated entrance, Serra Novecento is a beautifully restored early-20th-century residence. Three Private Garden Suites overlook the historic greenhouse, where original frescoes, terracotta and wooden floors, private gardens and natural light tell a story spanning more than a century.
Beyond the entrance, the lake, ferry landing, train station, museums, cafés and restaurants are all just moments away. Inside, time rediscovers the authentic rhythm of Lake Como.
The Space
The only Garden Residence at Serra Novecento, La Veranda has been thoughtfully restored and designed for those who wish to experience Lake Como as if they were at home. With generous interiors, a private garden and a flexible layout, it is ideal for a couple or for a stay of up to four guests.
Guest Access
Serra Novecento comprises three independent residences, each designed to offer tranquillity, privacy and the feeling of staying in a private home in the heart of Bellano’s historic centre.
Private on-site parking is available upon reservation.
Other Things to Note
La Veranda is prepared according to the number of guests included in the reservation, ensuring the most comfortable and enjoyable stay.
For reservations of up to two guests, the residence includes the master bedroom, main bathroom, living area, kitchen and private garden.
For reservations of three or four guests, the second bedroom, together with its dedicated bathroom, will also be prepared.
Please note: the second bedroom is connected to the master bedroom and can only be accessed by passing through it.
If you are travelling as a couple but would like to use both bedrooms, simply let us know before arrival. We will be delighted to prepare the entire residence for you, subject to the applicable rate.
To preserve the tranquillity and atmosphere of Serra Novecento, the residence welcomes guests aged 16 and over exclusively.
