'This place was a dream! The minute you park you can feel how luxurious it’s going to be. The decor and building are beautiful. You can tell how much work went into this building. The staff was amazing. You are greeted so kindly when you walk in, get a tour of the facility, and then shown to your room. The moment you walk into your room you see the spectacular view. Everything down to the lotion and shampoo is luxury. We loved the coffee machine so much we are buying one just like it. This place...

'The property is old and shabby. The TV remote didn't work, the sink faucet didn't shut off properly, the sink wouldn't drain properly, the hair dryer didn't work, the bathroom floor was old and dirty.'

It was the main reason I spent a little extra and drove a little farther than Woodburn. I guess next time I will need to call and check hotels that have hot tubs to make sure they are working.
