Horrible. Was only there for one day, didn’t even want to stay the night. It was not clean, and the sheets were disgustingly dirty and made us want to leave.

Free rollaway beds listed on website. When u get there none available. Had to squeeze 3 ppl in queen bed. Had corner room by door and every time it’s opened it slams and scares the sh*t out of you.

General sleeping area was acceptable but there were two screws left on the floor for some reason. TV was on the fritz and could not call front desk as phone was not operational. Talked with the manager directly who said none of the phones in the entire building work. He came to the room for the TV and smacked the TV hard and it came back to life. Breakfast was marginal at best. Bath tub was not cleaned, it had multiple dog hairs or people hairs in the tub. This is a tired facility that needs more personal care and money invested back into it.

I have to say that this was a pleasant experience, especially since it was a VERY last minute reservation. The front desk staff are nice and welcoming, and the room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. There was even great water pressure in the shower! I'm grateful that I was able to find this place at the last minute, and I would definitely stay again!

Good breakfast buffet. Air conditioner compressor sounded like motorcycle every 45 minutes. Cable TV had poor connection with static, you could kind of make out what you were watching. Someones hairs were stuck to shower wall. Other than that, excellent stay.

The table and chairs in the gazebo were filthy. The room was okay but the telephone, clock and TV did not work. Was moved to another room, where again, the phone and clock did not work. The carpet was dirty and stained but the rest of the room was ok. The breakfast was the same every morning but tasted good and fresh. The employees were very helpful and friendly and the pool, even smaller than depicted in the photos, was very clean.

Was told the pool would be open, it was not. The shower in the room only worked but when my son wanted to take a bath, that did not work. I don’t think the bed sheets had been changed. Breakfast was ok and the front desk clerks were always very pleasant but to think I spent 525$ for 4 nights that the pool and shower would have been correct. I think next time I plan on staying down the road, same rates just a little newer hotel. E

We normally don't stay at Comfort Inns but the pool looked attractive and after a long day in the car, that was the plan! The pool was NOT as crystal clear as they projected and needed cleaning and chlorine. The property had a lot of litter. It looked like something vicious had happened in our room as there was blood and slits on the side of the box spring. Not a good experience at all and we won't stay at a Comfort Inn again.

The Hotel was very nice. Very spacious, clean. But the amenities were kind of bad. The pool was closed and the gym was not working. But I would definitely come back here if I'm by belle Vernon.

Staff was overall pleasant and willing to help. Room we were given wasn’t thoroughly cleaned and there was a dirty wash cloth stuffed on a ledge in the shower. There were enough towels for two adult guests like noted on the check in and the housekeeping process wasn’t explained, even when requested the dirty wash clothe was still missed. You can tell either it’s short staffed or not enough follow-up. You can also tell that it’s an older hotel converted with aesthetic updates and still some opportunities to be great. Exit door didn’t work for keys, and room keys kept deactivating.

This was the worst experience at a hotel ever. Said they couldn't find our second room, gave us a room and when I opened the door there was a man standing there--- already occupied. Then over charged us several times on our credit card, including a "no show". That only scratches the surface. I could go on and on. Terrible experience. I wouldn't recommend.
