  • Gelegen in het hart van de Baronnies, tegenover Ventoux en Rocher de l'Aiguier, wil dit architectenhuis opgaan in het landschap met zijn combinatie van hout en beton. Open voor het panorama, is de binnen- / buitengrens afgeschaft en kunt u in volledige harmonie met de natuur leven.

La location était merveilleuse avec une vue incroyable sur le mont Ventoux et la campagne environnante. L’équipement était très complet, voire même mieux qu’à la maison et l’accueil très chaleureux tant avec le propriétaire que la gestionnaire sur place.Je recommande vivement cette location assez unique dans les prestations proposées.

Magnifique maison, très bien équipée, dans un cadre fabuleux.

Grande maison moderne, décorée avec goût et très bien équipée. Vue splendide sur le Ventoux. Grande baie vitrée d'angle qui s'ouvre sur la terrasse et la vue, effet intérieur/extérieur exceptionnel ! La maison et l'extérieur regorgent d'espaces aménagés, chacun y trouve celui qui lui convient ! Accès direct des chambres à la piscine très pratique. Propriétaires très soucieux de la satisfaction de ses locataires. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter !

Pure Nature

We spent one week in Lionel's house and are very satisfied. The view is just amazing, the plants around the house, the play of clouds, sun and shadow while watching the nature is absolutely refreshing and relaxing. We would like to thank Lionel for his kind assistance and information shared via email beforehand. Nyons is a 30min ride away and worth to visit, relax in the restaurant under the arcades and check the local "Distillerie Bleu Provence" in Nyons. We can recommend the bakery "Pain D'Epi" in Les Pilles (D94) and also the "Restaurant Du Midi" in Rémuzat, which is 30min away with a nice ride over the Col de Soubeyrand. Overall we spent a great week with family. Thanks for all.

"Bestes Ferienhaus ever!"

Dies war der Kommentar unserer Kinder, den wir Eltern 100% bestätigen können. Der unglaubliche Ausblick, die Lage, das Haus selbst und sein Ambiente sind etwas ganz Besonderes. Die Austattung lässt nichts vermissen. Es war Mitte Mai noch etwas kühl, aber der Pool war etwas erwärmt. Abends und morgens hat die Fußbodenheizung eine angenehme Wärme gebracht. Der Kontakt mit Lionel war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Bei Ankunft hat uns eine Flasche Rosé und ein regionales Craftbier im Kühlschrank erwartet:-) Die Region ist toll zum Wandern & Radfahren und es gibt viele kleine Städtchen zu entdecken. Oder: Einfach auf der Riesenterasse sitzen und die Aussicht genießen . Es ist sehr ruhig und nachts konnten wir den Nachtigallen lauschen. Fazit: Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Not fit for hot summer holidays

We stayed here during the very hot European summer, end of July 2018. Because of previous experiences we always select our holiday houses based on the availability of air-conditioning. This house popped-up when completing the airco tick box in the search field. In the description of the house it is also mentioned that there is floor cooling. From the website it is not very clear there is NO air-conditioning at all. Unfortunately, we have to say that the floor cooling didn’t work or didn’t work efficiently enough to cool down the house during a hot day or even during the night to get acceptable sleeping temperatures. The house has a magnificent view on the valley and the surrounding mountains. The kitchen is very well equipped for cooking and the architecture of the house allows a complete blending with the landscape. The floor cooling only managed a reduction of 2°C and with temperatures >30°C this is not sufficient. There is always some wind outside and this makes it supportable during the day, even if very hot outside. The bedrooms have very small beds (1,40m) and at night it’s not so relaxing with an interior temperature between 27 and 29°C. Opening the bedroom windows the first nights resulted in nasty mosquito bites. Consequently, closed windows and sweaty night on the rest of the days. We also had bad luck that there was a fly plague, resulting in hundreds of flies (really not exaggerated!) entering the house the moment we opened the windows in the morning. The house was treated against flies according to the cleaning lady but we had to face them every day. Old fashioned “fly catchers” were the most efficient solution. We were prepared to pay a high rental to make sure we had a comfortable holiday. However, this house does not qualify as a house that has a correct temperature regulation. We contacted the owner to inform him but he said this was part of the climate and that we were not entitled to get any compensation. The house also suffered some damage from water and we were informed upfront when booking (10 months in advance). It would have been repaired by the time we had to come in but due to external circumstances this could not happen yet. The rental (we are not allowed to give details) was way overpriced and it left us with a rather bad feeling regarding the price-quality ratio of our holiday despite the magnificent view and comfortable kitchen.

Séjour dépaysant

Nous avons récemment passé des vacances extraordinaires entre amis dans cette magnifique maison. Nichée dans un cadre naturel paisible, elle offre une vue panoramique à couper le souffle, que ce soit sous le soleil radieux ou pour voir des orages spectaculaires. Le nombre de chambres et de salles de bains était un véritable atout, offrant à chacun d'entre nous tout le confort nécessaire. L'aménagement de la maison était impeccable, avec des espaces spacieux et une très chouette décoration. Cette location est idéal, que vous souhaitiez découvrir la région ou simplement vous reposer. Les hôtes étaient super réactif. Nous en garderons des souvenirs inoubliables et espérons avoir l'occasion d'y revenir à l'avenir avec un peu plus de soleil. Merci Lionel et Claudia pour ce séjour.

Magnifique

Nous avons passé un séjour formidable en famille et avec des amis. La maison est grande, décorée avec beaucoup de goût et très bien équipée. L’ouverture du salon vers la grande terrasse et la vue à 180 degrés est époustouflante. Chaque chambre donne également sur la belle terrasse chacune a sa salle de douche qui apporte un agréable confort. On reviendra avec grand plaisir.

Une vue splendide!

Superbe séjour! Une vue incroyable sur la Drôme, idéale pour se ressourcer. Depuis Tarendol, on découvre les environs à pieds ou à vélo (vélo de route pour mon mari qui a particulièrement apprécié de découvrir la région ainsi). Avec les ados, il faut prévoir la voiture pour les conduire aux activités qu’ils apprécient. Il y a un lac tout proche qui propose de nombres activités comme le kayak ou le padel par exemple. Excellentes relations avec Lionel le propriétaire, disponible très rapidement si besoin. On vous recommande cette destination pour un séjour au calme et reposant, loin du stress de la ville 😉 PS: les voisins sont très sympas. Une dame vend sur place œufs et confitures.

Villa design avec vue inoubliable

Très belle villa moderne, avec une vue inoubliable sur la montagne et la vallée. La maison est très bien équipée, installée avec beaucoup de gout. Les grandes terrasses invitent à apprécier le paysage. Le hameau est très tranquille, pas de bruit ni de passage de voitures. Beaucoup de possibilités de randonnées à pied et un paradis pour faire du vélo. Le propriétaire est très accueillant et responsif.

Peace and quiet in a fantastic location!

This holiday home gave us exactly what we had been looking for: a relaxing stay in modern villa with the comforts of home, a beautiful pool and an ab-so-lu-tely stunning view to enjoy every single day. The villa sits in quiet little village surrounded by nature, away from the hustle and bustle of the bigger cities like Nyons. We hadn't visited this region before but it proved to be a true paradise for nature lovers and cyclists/hikers like ourselves. We were there at the end of Spring and were amazed at the opulence of flowers and scents. The house is well equipped and had everything we needed. The owner was available and helpful at all times. We had a wonderful holiday and hope to come back soon!

La région est magnifique et nous avons eu 10 jours de beaux temps (froid mais très beau). La maison nous avait attiré par son architecture et sa vue et la encore nous n'avons pas été déçu. De beaux volumes, des salles de bains/wc dans toutes les chambres (petites mais fonctionnelles), un salon très confortable et une cuisine très bien équipée! Quant à la vue, véritable point fort de la maison, on ne se lasse jamais de la regarder. Orienté plein sud nous avons pu passer de bons moments sur la terrasse à contempler le paysage changeant selon la lumière. Il y a aussi de très belles balades à faire dans le coin et les enfants ont adoré aller voir les animaux de la ferme du village. Bref nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Tarendol et y reviendrons surement à une autre saison pour profiter de la piscine!

Le paradis sur terre

Cela fait des années que nous sillonnons la Drôme provençale avec plaisir. Et cette maison est un vrai coup de cœur. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié - la vue panoramique : où que le regard se pose, on découvre un autre aspect typique de la région : le Ventoux, la Marne, les abricotiers, ... - l'exposition plein sud : la piscine et la terrasse bénéficient d'un ensoleillement de l'aube au crépuscule. Et pour ceux qui aiment plutôt se mettre à l'abri du soleil, il y a même une terrasse avec canapés dans un enfoncement pour les siestes à l'ombre aux moments les plus chauds - l'équipement pensé dans les moindres détails : la cuisine est vraiment très pratique et super équipée, toutes les chambres bénéficient de volets battants en bois pour garder la fraîcheur, de rideaux occultants et de matelas fort confortables pour le sommeil des justes. Et d'une salle de douche individuelle en ce qui concerne les chambres d'adultes, ce qui est un vrai plus pour assurer l'hygiène et l'intimité de tout le monde quand la villa est pleine de monde - la déco sur le thème des années 60 dans le salon change du côté lisse des hôtels 5 étoiles sans rien enlever au confort. Que du contraire. Bref, nous sommes fans du lieu et du caractère qui s'en dégagent. Avis aux amateurs du paradis sur terre !

Fantastic panorama, extremely nice and functional

A really nice and functional house, with a lot of high quality details that makes it stand out among the many holiday homes we have tried over the years. A fantastic panoramic view day and night. A very service minded and responsive owner. Really perfect for what it is ... a quality house in a stunning landscape in the middle of nowhere. The only minus is that you are 1 hour from the highway, so you will end up spending a lot of time in your car if you want to use it as a base for sigthseeing in this part of Provence/Southern Rhone.
