Semi-detached mountain cabin with a fireplace

Perched in the heart of the mountains, this charming semi-detached chalet (by height) is a real haven of peace for nature lovers.
The departures of hiking, via ferrata, as well as the ski slopes are in the immediate vicinity.
Of about 130m2 and 3 bedrooms you will be comfortable with family or friends (8/9 people). You have two outdoor terraces with a barbecue.
Everything is done to seduce you to the rhythm of the mountains, from the cowbells to the mountain decorations.
The accommodation
Private road with 3 houses: 2 private parking spaces, possibility of making one or two additional spaces available. Socket for charging an electric vehicle available at an additional cost.

The house has a large garden with two terraces. The first is basically reserved with the accommodation, the second is to be blocked on request. The barbecue/smoking room is at your disposal. There is a large wooden hut for children and a slide. A shed is accessible to store bicycles, skis and more.

The house is semi-detached, which means that my wife, my son and I live on the second floor. The entire floor downstairs, i.e. 130m2 is already reserved for you.
At the entrance, a spacious fully equipped handcrafted kitchen with a cooking piano.
To the left, the very large living room with a bar & a play area. The wood stove will make you live an unforgettable moment in our mountains.

At the back of the kitchen/dining room is the sleeping area with:
- a separate toilet
- a very spacious couple's bedroom with bed 160X190. All in an industrial style, accompanied by a very large dressing room.
- A large dormitory of nearly 30m2 that can accommodate 4 adults or even 5 children, composed of three beds of 80x190 and a bed of 120X190.
3 wardrobes are at your disposal.
- A bathroom with bathtub and double sink.
- A modern shower room.
- A last couple's bedroom with a 180X200 bed.
Other remarks
We do not have television channels in the accommodation in order to encourage exchanges. However, we provide a small TV with a chrome-cast and above all some board games!

Sheets and towels are included in the weekly price. In case of booking at the weekend, there is an extra charge: 15€/person or 100€ for 8 to be requested when booking.
