'Everything was really nice and comfortable. If i had to pick one thing, there was a woman putting breakfast out, that said she'd been there for years, on Sunday, September 21, 2025, that was absolutely amazing! Extremely helpful! I asked if the gravy had milk in it, and she walked back in the kitchen, and brought out the bag, and let me look at the ingredients. I watched to continue to help everyone out, without being asked. She was amazingly kind and caring. What a pleasant experience that was....

'They need to teach the housekeeping staff to not park their carts in the middle of the hallway. This makes it really hard to navigate the hallway with luggage. '

'Friend broke her ankle a couple of days into our trip and this place is the only one to have wheelchairs available for guests. Great help. Staff was kind and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable.'
